Location is great, very close to public transportation. Service was great and accommodating to customers. Staff was amazing, very well-mannered and respectful. Complimentary water was a bonus, all facilities were working perfectly! Towels were fresh, no missing personal articles.

Great hotel! The location is excellent with a metro station a 2 min walk away and convenience stores a couple of doors down.. couldn’t ask for much else! Hotel is very clean and modern and the rooms are great - we even got upgraded to a queen room when we checked in due to there being availability which was a lovely touch.

AustriaIt was not so good that the room windows were blind, although there were no rooms opposite. It is also a pity that breakfast is no longer offered, so you could get to know other hotel guests on your last visit in 2019.
Had a better room, therefore enough space. Staff very friendly and helpful. E.g. when sending suitcases to the next hotel

Mainly, the staff in this hotel was super helpful and spoke very well English. The hotel was nice and clean, rooms small (but that is normal in Japan). Each got 2 pillows. Laundry room and free water and tea. The hotel was approximately 1.5km from the Nishiki market.

United StatesI wouldn't say that I disliked it, but the property lacked amenities, except for a large dining area in the lobby. Fortunately, there was a convenience store about three buildings away that took care of our late-night munchies.
The location was a perk! The subway and bus stations were less than a block away, making foot travel much easier. What I look for in a hotel is a clean place to stay, which this hotel provides. And the employees provides great customer service.

The hotel is very nice and elegant. 24 hours front desc. Big area for tea coffee making , microwave and dining room with tables. Fast and modern lift. Really clean and well equipped, closed to big subway stations and close to some sites so really convenient. Has nice restaurants close by and pharmacy, 7-11/family mart supermarkets. Staff really nice and helpful. Good wifi, has a small fridge in room. Has a nice lounge at the main floor where you can get a coffee, enjoy your bought meal, etc

I liked it a lot, Rooms good size we had a standard twin which is all you need. Beds super comfy and at 6ft1 and 110kgs it was comfy for me. Pillows were so good and got a few nights of quality sleep as air con was great as well. Bathroom was also very good. A family Mart across the road for everything you need. Jack Daniel’s and Coke can for 210 Yen lol so cheap. Downstairs has a smokers room which is great for smokers and the lounge area has a microwave, coffee for 100 Yen and free filtered water. The area has tables and chairs, sofa’s to relax. You can buy a cheap meal and heat it at the hotel and eat on a table which is cool if you are on a budget. It’s really good value for money and close to all the temples which you can get to by bus. City centre is only two stations away via train and station is about 300 metres from the hotel. The station is also air conditioned which was great considering it was 35 degrees lol. Make sure you go to Nishiki Markets as they are amazing and the food is so good. The staff were OUTSTANDING and spoke English which help when trying to get to a temple lol, they gave me maps, screen shots and I bought my day pass for the subway and buses for only 1100 Yen which was super cheap! I’d definitely stay again 🤗

The public communal area is very good where people can warm up theirs food , drinking coffee , having breal]kfast , lunch or dinner is very clean as staff often clean it many times during the day . Location is excellent , near public transport only couple minutes walking . Will stay again .
Room is well planned , everything you need is there and convenient , the small bar fridge is very cold not like most hotels are not cold enough to store your food or fruit .

We are working from remote while travelling and this facility had everything we needed: good wifi, common area where to work from, coffee and water machines, washing machines to wash out clothes. Bring a good hoodie with you if you have to spend few hours in the common area, they love their AC in Japan!
