We tried breakfast our first morning, sadly the reception didn't tell us at checkin that we could get a discount for the "token" which gave us breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast was ordinary. Breakfast for the next 2 mornings was cereal and buns from Local shop. Sadly while the hotel provided cutlery there was no cockery. A bowl and plate would have been helpful.

The location was good for the local train station. The free shuttle bus to the airport at 4am, which operated every half hour from 4am was very convenient. The hotel is close to many options for food, takeaway and eat-in. Within 100metres of the hotel was a fascinating local temple and tori.

Nice and comfortable room, it is close to the airport and has a direct shuttle bus service. The restaurant is open for quite long. They have some flight information near the front desk also. Overall good choice if you want to stay 1 night near Haneda airport for a 1 night longer layover.

Not many food choices around. Most places open after 5pm. Not much to see around the place. We were charged a surcharge for booking a larger room but not for others. Did not make much sense as we thought all accom charges were via Booking.com. However, they were adamant on it and we did not want to spoil our last day there.

Location was good as close to airport. Shuttle was very handy. Wifi was included. Had trolley for larger bags. Staff able to converse in English. Good place to stay if using it as a stopping point for airport.

Outrageous. We asked for a room for 3 people including an 11 year old kid. We ended up with a room with a double bed!!!! Impossible for 3 people and could not Get another room. Never again!

The only Downside is limited availability of restaurants in the area.

Staff Services are courteous and helpful. The room is more spacious than average hotels in central Tokyo, which is ideal for unpacking / packing luggages. Location is very convenient and close to Haneda Airport. Free Shuttle to Airport is a plus especially to catch early flight departure.

Buffet breakfast . Most of the dishes are tasteless.

Has good shuttle service and room is larger than the usual Japanese hotel with buffet breakfast but the breakfast could be better. I also like the pyjamas provided.

A very handy hotel for Haneda airport with a free shuttle bus. The room was more spacious than others and the massage chairs in the lounge were a bonus. However the self check in for booking in took away the personal touch.

Hotel is 4 minutes away from the nearest train station! Good size of room for Japan standard...this is the biggest room in all the palces we have stayed at and very comfortable bed.... Good variety of breakfast both for Japanese or western style....

Shuttle runs only until 11:15 am. But taxi to airport not expensive.

Location was good as it was a short walk to the train station. Heating was good in the room. Staff were nice, housekeeping was good. Unfortunately the beds were rock hard in my personal opinion.

Choice at breakfast limited for the European taste

Excellent location for the airport. Either use the free hotel shuttle bus which is available (we did not use) or there is a subway only 5 minutes from the hotel that gets you to all airport terminals within 10 minutes
