Not far from the station Cafe right next door and close to the convenience store. Very easy to get to from Haneda airport.

The breakfast was just okay. It looked beautiful, clean and plentiful but some of the foods just didn’t taste very good. The scrambled eggs were especially terrible. Tasted like powdered submarine eggs. Just don’t eat the eggs. You’ll be fine.

I thought the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very nice, albeit small. We didn’t realize that the beds would be so small but we made it work for one night just fine.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and I noticed some dust under the sink, which was visible while taking a bath. The tap had numerous water stains, and there was a green residue on the door, which I assume was a cleaning detergent.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect; a few minutes walk to the station and close to Haneda airport. The room was equipped with a universal plug adapter, which was very convenient to charge our various phone models. While we needed to purchase some bottles of water, the prices at the hotel’s vending machine were reasonable; the same price as the one on the street! The memory form pillow was so comfortable and I like it.

The hotel itself was superb but it was a few blocks away from the nearest convenience store (it was raining on the day of my stay) and not every train stops at the nearby station so getting a train to Tokyo took a bit of waiting.

Room was very large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location was fine for needing to be close to Haneda airport and the hotel had a shuttle to the airport, although I wasn’t able to use it because it only operates in the morning.

It would have been much better if they could extend their bus shuttle services between the hotel and the airport past midnight.

The location was very close to the airport which was very convenient. The family mart was just a block away. The hotel staff was very friendly and never failed to attend with our queries with a smile.

Expect some basic stuffs like coffee, milk, sugar. Coffee is available but no milk and sugar, no water bottles either. No Youtube or Netflix, etc

24h front desk is fantastic, location is great, especially with free shuttle bus, cant complaint

Nothing to really dislike about the hotel. Was a little noisy at times but like that earplugs were provided if needed from the amenity shelf. Noise was only due to people going to and from the airport.

Great value hotel for the price paid. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to the airport was a great bonus. The room was very spacious with great facilities. Laundry was free and only needed to spend 100yen on detergent which was available in the laundry room. Can’t fault the hotel at all. Would highly recommend. Ideal hotel for early flight from the airport as airport shuttle ran from 4am.
