Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe room felt cramped (though overall it is still good value for money if you're on a budget). The bin had not been emptied - though I was too tired to raise it as an issue. If your room is on the ground floor, you will hear the noise of the corridor.
The hotel is well located in terms of being close to Haneda Airport, but far enough away to still have a final feeling of being in Tokyo (I stayed here on the night before I returned home from Japan). I would recommend visiting the nearby Anamori Inari Shrine, less than 5 mins walk, as a final activity. The free shuttle to the airport was very efficient.

AustraliaWe skipped the in-house breakfast. Very much a business hotel.
The room was well appointed and clean. Close to the Airport for an overnight transfer. Shuttle to the Airport in the morning was good but had to taxi to the airport the night before. Great walking around the area south of the hotel and found a lovely authentic "cash only" restaurant for dinner.

AustraliaStayed with my children (10 & 7) in a one-queen-size bed room after our 10-hour flight from overseas. Took us approx. 10 mins from Haneda airport by taxi at night without traffic (initially planned to catch a free shuttle bus, but due to the late arrival and kids being tired, we decided to catch a taxi instead, which cost us approx. ¥2,500). The room was clean and spacious enough for us to have our suitcases open on the floor, and the bed was large enough for the three of us to sleep together comfortably. We needed to be back at the airport the next morning and did so by catching the free shuttle bus. It was definitely worth the price we paid!

AustraliaShuttle buses to airport only ran after 6pm and until 10am. Would have been helpful to have a bus once an hour during the day, since arrivals and departures happen at all times.
Close to the airport, very helpful, friendly and polite staff, handy to have a restaurant co-located, value for money.

MalaysiaEverything was fine, except the experience of waiting free shuttle bus to hotel..we have waited almost an hr at haneda airport and it’s 12pm midnight . The time slot was 11.27pm, 12.17am. Probably we have missed the 11.27pm bus. Hope they can improve on this

United StatesThe floor plan of the room looks strange personally. The bed is directly placed after the aisle, which has no block to shield it. The sunlight through the window in the 1st floor is dim. The front clerk did not introduce the breakfast service to us. In the booking page, it said 10 dollars per person, charge at the front dest. I mean if it was introduced, we could also consider it. Printing is charge service. 20 yen per sheet. I don't understand it especially many hotels have this for free. Guests paid hundreds dollars for one night. But still need to pay a few pages printing. This is kinda petty. If the hotel worries about over waste of paper, it is good to have limited free pages printing.
The location is really close to the Haneda airport. They also have the free shuttle service.
