Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandOnly one elevator and no staircase access unless in an emergency. Tends to get crowded.
All you can expect from a capsule hotel. Clean, safe, spacey capsule.

CanadaPeople left their luggage outside their lockers and it was in the way. No sinks on the sleeping floors, so you have to go down to brush your teeth. I did not receive my sleep analysis yet.
Great location, great staff, lockers bigger than expected, other guests respectful of rules for the most part

GermanyNoisy because some people don’t respect quiet hours - constant coming and going so for someone whose capsule was right next to the door this was super disturbing
Good location, clean capsule and quite comfortable and spacious as well. Cool experience for one night

SingaporeLockers and washrooms can be very packed if there are a lot of guests. Makes it a bit hard to pack/unpack stuff if you want to prep for the next day's activities. I would suggest for packing and unpacking to do it on the top level. There are also a lot of rules for the hotel, I don't remember all of them, but I believe you can't stay in the pods during cleaning hours if you booked for more than one day. It isn't the biggest issue, but just something to note. They also can't keep your luggage after checking out if I'm not wrong. Honestly, it's not a bad place to experience, but I would only come here for like one night and if I'm travelling light.
It's an interesting experience. I have stayed in a few capsule hotels before, but none like this. The pods are something new which I've never really experienced and it's nice for a change. They provide everything you would need for a night's stay. But it's all located in the locker/washrooms or on the public areas. Definitely visit the top level for a nice view of Tokyo Tower and the surroundings.

United StatesA little outdated have having showers, lockers and beds on separate floors was a little frustrating, although, that does help with noise at night. Larger lockers would be appreciated.
Cool looking capsule, great view of Tokyo Tower. Lots of showers and good separation between men's and women's floors. Lockers are tall offering quite a bit of space but not very wide so be aware of that.

LithuaniaDecent capsule hotel in a great Tokyo location—close to train station and easy to get around. The highlight is definitely the stunning view of Tokyo Tower, especially at night. The interior feels a bit dated and could use some refreshing. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, which took away from the experience slightly. Overall, a solid budget option if you care more about location and views than service or style.

SwitzerlandThe location is very convenient (close to train station, restaurants, Cafe, Tokyo Tower) and slept well in the pod. Grateful for the bag you get with PJs, towels and toothbrush. The only thing we were not prepared was that we had to frequently use the elevator to change floors to the pod, showers and locker rooms.

United Kingdom7 showers for all the female guests.. and only 1 toilet in the shower room. Lots of people had their suitcases in the locker room and were blocking people's lockers. Could have done with a bench in the locker room so you could sit down to take your shoes off. Wasn't a fan of the pyjamas provided. The lounge on the top floor could have done with a drinks vending machine. It wasn't very welcoming space
I messaged the hotel ahead of time and they put me in a lower capsule. You got a bag with towels, pyjamas and slippers in your locker. The lockers were really only big enough for small luggage. Capsules had light and usb port. They were surprisingly roomy. Male and female facilities separated and served by different lifts. Great view of Tokyo Tower. Only shampoo/shower gel and toothbrush/paste complimentary. Great location.

AustraliaThe pillows were terrible and the mattress was really thin but it was worth it for the experience. A little disappointed that the staff refused to call us a taxi and we had to walk with all our luggage and kids in pouring rain to find one two blocks away.

GermanyThe elevator for men took too long. Two of those or stairs would've been perfect. The shower/locker room was a little bit too full and stressful
In the rooftop you got a beautiful view on the tokyo tower and other buildings in general. The staff were always nice to me and tried to help me as fast as possible. It was always clean. You can meet new friends there. It's not really social in the 10th floor but you're able to do your work there without any problems.
