If you stay consecutive nights, you have to check out every morning and check in every afternoon again. As if you were any other overnight guest. Of course you can let your luggage in, but it’s quite inconvenient to organize according to this process.

We had already experienced 9hours concept during a previous travel as a couple. Locations are always central, places are design and well equipped, the view from common rooms tends to be stunning. For a night or two, you can stay close to areas with the best nightlife for half the cost.

One guy snored all night so in a capsule hotel, not so good! Was given ear plugs by reception. Not enough capacity with the one lift,

the locker area is very narrow and it’s not convenient to pack and unpack stuff, especially so if you have a luggage. Shower is on a different floor.

Pillow was abit hard and the locker area was very small. There are times where the locker area was too crowded

Place was near multiple lines of metro. Beds were very comfy and we recieve a new set of towels and outfit each day. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe, food was pretty good there. There is a lift and small lounge in the building. Could see Tokyo Tower clearly from the lounge. Pods, locker and shower area was very clean

The hotel has an unusual policy of kicking guests out at 10AM to clean the rooms before making them check in again. This didn't particularly affect me, but it could be a dealbreaker for others.

Nice place, friendly staff who spoke good English and explained things well. Good facilities especially the immaculate showers - the nicest I've seen in any shared accommodation. Rooms were very clean and quiet.

The pillows at 9h leave a lot to be desired, and the pod temperature is not adjustable - if you like it a bit cooler than it is you're out of luck

The common spaces are amazing. There's a roof that's worth spending time on even in winter as the views are amazing of Tokyo Tower

the location of this capsule hotel is perfect with access to both the Tokyo metro and JR lines.

When it’s a time for cleaning … from 10am to 2pm, you cannot unblock your locker with your things(

it was very clean and white (minimalistic) hotel. I like a new bath set every day. Staff was gentle!

Facilities were quite busy in the last 45 minutes before checkout (10am).

Clean and comfortable, great shower facilities and really convenient for the airport! Pods were surprisingly spacious and really fun to stay in. Luggage lockers were great for even large bags. Roof terrace was a spectacular bonus.

Although it was my first experience in a capsule hotel, it could have not been better. They provide all the amenities you need for your stay - towels, PJ (super comfortable), toothbrush, sleepers. The showers are spacious (small entrance for you to chance your clothes inside the cabin) and clean. The capsule is also spacious and comfortable. Rooftop super cool with nice view to Tokyo tower. The location is also very good.
