Some facilities broken. Maybe it's because it's used so often by so many people. Some comments said railway is noisy but I feel other users snoring are more annoying(Railway will stop running at midnight which doesn’t affect my sleep).

The price is perfect considering the location between Shinjuku and Akihabara.

The capsule kept on shaking(due to the train i'm guessing), and it is absolutely necessary to sleep with earplugs.

It is a great option if you will only sleep for a couple of hours, Complete amenities were provided which is good, The floor where the capsule rooms are located were hot and its difficult for me to sleep because im used to sleep in a cold temperature room, and you can’t really do anything to change the thermostat since the AC is centralized. There is a very little space in locker area, so whenever you want to take things from your luggage you have to really put a lot of effort, and its very annoying when someone else will come to open their locker, so you have to give them space. Will i ever come back? maybe yes, if i am traveling without luggages and will only be sleeping for less than 6 hours.

Capsule was very warm. Location was a little far outside of the city but nothing major. No laundry facilities but for short stays it’s ok. No cooking facilities or even anywhere to get hot water/microwave

It was my first time living in a capsule. It was very clean, towels were changed every day, it was 3 minutes from Suidobashi train station, it was a very good accommodation experience.

The locker that was assigned to me had a broken hinge that restricted access to my luggage inside the locker.

The hostel is very close to the station and there are many restaurants and convenience stores near the hostel. This is a convenient place to stay in Tokyo.

Due to the quiet nature of the hotel, you can easily hear other guests. Which made sleeping quite troublesome.

It was in a great location, close to Tokyo Dome City. The facilities were very good for the price.

The staff members weren't really helpful and they were really nonadaptable. We had sleep report included in price but didn't get one. The common area doesn't have a microwave.

I really liked the shape of the pillow and also the bed was really comfortable. With earplugs you won’t hear anyone but i suggest having eye mask since they do not turn off the lights during the night. The location was nice - close to the convenience store and metro.

We didn’t have the best sleep, because you can hear other guests around, but that was to be expected. :) A tip from my side: if you are a light sleeper, plan to use some earplugs and maybe ask for a room farther away from the window, as you might hear sounds from the subway.

Perfect to discover this kind of experience in Tokyo! The cabins are very cosy and the common rooms are very clean. :) overall we did enjoy this discovery!

The only feedback I have is the capsule. It was very hot and the air quality was quite dry. The capsule bed was too firm and the material of the bed/blanket was was a rough texture that wasn’t the most pleasant . The capsule was good size, however it was little uncomfortable from the things mentioned above.

I think the facilities were great! the locker room and bathrooms were clean and functional and the lounge had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and nice and help me with any questions I had

We paid for two capsules, one with Sleeping Report included of course with a higher price. We didn't receive the Report with the explanation of the property that we were not a guest on their sleep measurement plan, and therefore they do not have a report for us. So don't even bother to pay an extra rate for a Capsule Room with Sleeping Report included.
