It was little bit cold inside even we came at summer. And I planned to move 2 beds closer but it was impossible.

Very big room, it was very convenient with child. I also like TV with YouTube function. So, we enjoyed watching videos from service

Nice relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. English speaking front desk is a great plus. Washing machines are available, but found only two so they can be busy. Short distance to subway station. They don't have a breakfast restaurant, but you can get an excellent breakfast at a nearby restaurant for about 1000 yen.

I wish the bed was a little more comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and it was pretty close to bus stops to help get around the city. I loved that I could watch YouTube on the TV in my room.

Quiet location, helpful stuff. Well connected with all the attractions in Kyoto. When back in Kyoto, I'll probably chose this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very easy to communicate with. We made use of baggage transfer services to Tokyo with which they provided excellent assistance. The hotel is in a quiet area and close to bus and train stations. The rooms were quite roomy compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The rooms were very clean.

There is also the tourist fee of 200 per person per day, we didn't have a problem I just write it for other guest to know what are the additional fees.

Extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work so was very steamy.

Good location, close to buses and train station for getting around. Friendly and helpful staff. Great hairdryer (first one of our trip!) as the one from home didn’t work due to the voltage.

Thinnest walls I've ever experienced at an accommodation. You can hear people talking at a normal volume and it'll still sound loud. You can hear them use the restroom and hear the footsteps on floors above you. Bring noise cancelling headphones and all will be well.

Clean, well priced, and close to the train station to get to the property and the surrounding activities in Kyoto. A quick 20 minute train ride to Osaka. I wish I had stayed here instead during my month in Japan instead of in Tokyo which was way more expensive and smaller. This place is a great value and if a room is available you should get it! The toilets are next level cool with a bidet and heating options. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable rooms, very clean. Really good position if you want to go on foot, but also if you want to move with public transport. The hotel's staff is really kind. You can find few shops near as 7eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, etc. Also a variety of restaurants. Very recommended!
