Great location between two train stations. Close to deli supermarket. Considering we were intending on a capsule style hotel this place didnt disappoint. Staff were friendly. Had a great time and good value for money

in the bed area, behind the bedding, there is some hair and dirt. I do not mind so much but the cleaning should be detailed in small and even for not seen areas too. please consider this asap. the locker is not big enough for something bigger than cabin baggage and backpacks. most of the staff is not very friendly, they are talking with each other all the time and cannot feel very welcomed. i do not know why. the place for eating is onyly common area which not so many people use. it smells food all the time. if i stay longer, it would disturb me (also not having comfortable sofas/seats in a common place to hang out). i stayed on the lower bed. it felt like I am lying on the floor because it is too low. It is 15 minute to the metro. If I come to Tokyo again, I would choose somewhere in more central areas (where has more connected metro lines).

the room, locker, and kitchen is okay. the room is not small, even if it is for 14 people. i like the shower and bathroom area. it is also okay for number of guests (at least during my stay time.). anyone can borrow umbrella freely from the hostel, thank you for that. other things are comfortable (such as climate, privacy, etc.) the neighbourhood is safe to walk night alone by myself. also there are some restaurants/bars, markets near the subway, on the route to the hostel.

All in all felt clean, but the common area could have been cleaner. Also had a small stain on my bedsheets.

Absolutely lovely staff. The room was pretty small but we managed with our bags, it was good for one night. It was nice to have a female shower and toilet room! The room locked with a code which was great. Very nice and big common area. A 14 minute walk to Asakusa station.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The capsules and the bathroom were clean. During our stay we only had good capsule neighbors. Everyone tried not to disturb each other. The bed was comfortable. The only downside is the breakfast. We chose the accommodation because of the breakfast offer. We got tea and coffee and only donuts. They weren't even tasty. Individually wrapped, very greasy and very tasteless. So you can't call it breakfast. If only the donuts had been tasty...

I just wish the bed was a little comfier, I've never slept well on futons. However, loved that it was a pod with a curtain, privacy is key.

The doors and soundproofing isn't great, so just bring earplugs if noise bothers you.

We were looking for a place that included breakfast. I didn’t read the small print and see that cocts version of breakfast was a donut. I should have looked closer but I also feel it’s a bit misleading. When traveling with a family this is really important to us.

I think it's not related directly with them but it was a little uncomfortable to hear noises of the other guests at night because some didn't respect the silence time and were annoying. The bathroom might get full but you could try in other bathrooms from different floors.

I appreciate the staff, who were very attentive and friendly. There was also a nice spot to relax, such as a cafeteria or lounge. The kitchen was well-equipped for anyone needing to warm up food or get water. I liked the shower and bathroom; they were clean and well-prepared for use. Additionally, they provided everything necessary, including a coin-operated washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and more. It is also very close to major stations (15-minute walk), and there are several convenience stores nearby.

...but I wasn't able to use it, because someone already used it and I guess they forgot about it. The machine is locked with a password, so I wasn't able to just take it out myself. They have a notice on the machine that people should take it out as soon as possible, but I guess you can't avoid that someone forgets about it.

Bed was comfortable and they also have a nice lounge and a kitchen. They also have a laundry machine was dryer...

Rooms to tiny (as everywhere in Japan though). Guests are not very empathetic and they can be pretty noisy. Everything is small so you can hear everything around.

Everything's good

The location is great, less than 15 minutes walk to both Akihabara station and Asakusabashi station. Clean and cozy place to stay, the staffs are super kind, helpful and accommodating.

Great location only a brisk walk to the station, shared bathroom facilities were surprisingly nice, very fancy toilets. Rental towels were nice and cheap. Would recommend!
