I stayed there twice. First time in the basement and I didn’t like it, and second time it was on higher floor and it was very good. The breakfast is very simple, basically it’s a toast and tea/coffee which is still ok.

When I enter the room it is a mess and a lot of clothes and other things everywhere It seems like a whole night party inside the room but thanks to the staff when I request the staff change my room they accept my request and change my room .

The hotel location is very convenient nearby the subway and restaurant .

The fact that the bathroom is in the middle of the floor and not in a designated area makes it very noisy and not so confortable.

The price was good. Very easy to go to and from other places in Tokyo.

Thé only 2 showers on our floor were both out of order so we had to go to a different floor. Not a big deal but it still wasn’t fixed when we came back 2 weeks later.

Friendly, clean, near the subway, quiet street, little café if we wanted extras like eggs with the breakfast (the included breakfast is basic but appreciated nevertheless), the double beds were larger than we expected from the photos and great to have a washing machine available too. Helpful and accommodating staff 😀

The breakfast is said to be included but it does not include so many things. They only offer bread, butter, and jam. They should also offer cheese and they must bring some variety to the breakfast which is so week. Additionally, the quality of the Internet was so bad that I could not use it efficiently, unfortunately. Thus, I had to use my own cellular.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offer the guests free water, coffee and tea, which is nice. It is very close to the central spots.

The dorm rooms are super small with no place to leave the luggage so people leave their luggage on the floor making the common space even narrower. The wifi is not good so absolutely don't count on it if you need wifi for remote work or anything really.

the place is okay for a few days as it is budget-friendly and in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is free coffee/tea provided for guests throughout the day and also basic free breakfast.
