We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesRoom is really small. Not much walking space and you also don’t have any room to lay out your suitcase. Hotel also only has room for only 2 people. So if you plan to stay with family you will probably have to split up into groups.
The breakfast was good and convenient. Had the option to get new towel everyday. They don’t clean your room daily. But, they could clean it if you request it. Not too far away from the train station so it’s convenient. 7/11 is close by which is nice. Ueno park was also close which was nice considering that my family came during cherry blossom season.

United StatesIt was not very clean, the rooms were very extremely dusty and could have woke up with pink eye. Eyes were itching every night. The floors were not clean, toilets had stains when we first entered it was not clean either. The hotel is cute and the rooms are very cute I love the shower as well. I just wish it was cleaner. The staff was nice and there is a little store attached to the hotel.

United KingdomAlthough the room is nicely designed, its size is way too small. There are barely any spaces left to walk around after opening up a large size luggage. For one person, this room might be fine, but definitely not for two.
The breakfast was good. It's on the rooftop terrace with nice view and sunlight. Although it would be nice it if the breakfast time closes a bit later. The room is nicely designed. The amenities were good.

United KingdomThe room is very small especially for 2 people. Not much storage to put clothes away for a weeks trip so kept it in our suitcases. The room was very dusty and gave us both a cold/cough, especially when putting on the heating you could see the dust floating around. The sky lounge is nice just a shame it’s only open for breakfast.
The location was good, easy to get around. The breakfast was nice, shame it was the same every day but over all good mixture of things to choose from. Staff were friendly.
