We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CroatiaThe best thing about the hotel is the location. It is well located and near public transportation. They also give free access to amenities, you can take all you want. And there is a convenience store inside the hotel itself. I find this cool. The room, however, is vary basic, nothing special. Overall my stay was good, but I think the hotel is overpriced for what it is. Maybe it’s just because of the high season.

United StatesThe staff were unfriendly and hardly accommodating. We asked for a late check out and were told we could have until 12pm. Our group gets a call at 11 saying we need to get out or pay a fee. We asked for help booking an airport limousine and they told us we need to do it ourselves. The girl at check in did not copy our passports correctly but somehow blamed us for needing them again after our team already went to their rooms. The rooms were also very hot even though the thermostat would say 65. Many inconveniences and the staff did not help.

FranceThe air conditioning was on cool mode and the reception said it's impossible to switch on warm even if it was around 5°C outside. They gave me a small heater but very noisy. The breakfast was so crowded and quite mediocre regarding the quality. The room itself is quite old (even if it was premium room), it's not dirty but not comfy at all.

They also have airport express lines that need to be paid, and you can go to/call reception to consult the time and make an appointment. English is available.

SingaporeWould prefer if the air conditioning can be set manually ourselves instead of being auto controlled by the hotel management. This is because the room can be hot at times and we would need to wait for the air conditioning to be auto set back to the cold wind.
I like the comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and toilet. Not dusty as compared to previous hotel that I stayed in Kyoto. Hotel breakfast could be better as the breakfast back then in 2023 was a lot better. Room service and cleaning was excellent though.

Plans I had made to book the night before for an early check-in were confused and we were made to wait 4 hours to check-in despite paying for an extra night with a sick toddler and jet lag after a long international flight. We then had to pay extra for a bed for our toddler. The Kitchenette facilities were very limited - Not suitable for any cooking or even washing up dirty dishes.
Location near the bay area and close to train stations. The room was comfortable with nice views in the upper floors.

SingaporeThe check in process is fastest with a QR and can get somewhat troublesome without it. A lot of static electricity. No gym inside if you really want that. Quite far from the city center.
Great value with no real faults. Still a small Japanese style hotel room; it's slightly yet noticeably larger for the price than most. Food is better than expected, convenience store in the building and the bed is very comfortable. Also quite well heated, I felt rather warm even if it's winter. It's also close to Tokyo Big Sight. It's a great place to walk around in Ariake.

We made a huge mistake while here. We forgot our check out date and left in the morning g with our luggage and belongings all over the room. We came back at night just to find we couldn’t access the room anymore. Spoke to the staff and found the issue. They had packed everything including our valuables and handed these to us. They even tried to look for a room to extend our stay. I have stayed in 5 star properties across the world and yet must say that the staff here are the best I have ever experienced. The hotel location is great, facilities good, staff the best! Special call out to Sato san who helped us through the issue.
