We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceLower floor rooms looking at the back feel a bit crammed, but we asked to be transferred on a higher floor with a more open view and the staff was very helpful !
Staff was super friendly and facilities amazing. There’s also a bar on the ground floor to grab coffee or a drink at night. The area is very nice with all the good restaurants near by, stores and bars at walking distance. Also close to metro.

Hong KongSmall room, hotel tried to charge for the extra services We requested - luggage storage (2000 yen per baggage) which is relatively high. And I asked the hotel to receive the package for me on my check out day and we will pick it up later, but they requested for the extra money, finally they waived this charges because I left my baggage there which is already charged

The location was great. There were places to eat nearby and best part that it was walking distance from the JR train station. The staff was nice. The lobby was very inviting and made it look like a newer style hotel. The bathrooms were clean and so were the rooms.

United KingdomThe only thing I would change would be the blinds in the room dont keep much light out in the morning. Also cleaners are on request.
The hotel was clean and room for 2ad/2ch was spacious, very modern hotel, kept clean and quiet. The hotel had a free onsen which was clean and perfect for tourist use. We used the washing machines which worked well, the dryer had to be used a few times. Location was good, close to a few public transport stations, close to 711s etc so easy to pop out and get food and snacks.
