Hotel location was just opposite the railway station with a subway entrance right outside. Small hotel, no reception, just a computer station in the entrance hallway. Dial the number and the reception person comes down for check-in. All good, no hassles. Good size room with balcony & sliding opaque glass doors. Very clean. Toilet & large walk in shower in separate bathroom - with access hand rails - a nice touch. Basin in bedroom, which also has bench space, hanging space, bar fridge and 2 seats with a little coffee table. Nice comfy bed, hard pillows though! In all, a nice room. One USB outlet by the bed. 3 rooms per floor, 5 floors. Fabulous seafood Izakaya in the adjacent laneway. Well recommended.

There is no front desk, you only see someone when checking in and out. Rooms have a good size, everything very clean. Small hotel, you do not see many people. Location next to kyoto station os good for day trips out of kyoto but most of the places to visit in kyoto are a bit far.

Being so close to Kyoto Station is nice, but the downside is all the noise from traffic and people.

Instructions on how to enter your room could have been a little moore easier, since there is no reception, and the instructions are all digital, and not always easy to follow. But we managed it and we loved the hotel and the room.

We had no breakfast at the hotel. The location across the street from the Kyoto Station was very good. The room was bigger than most hotel in the area, and price performance was great. We especially liked the "Scandinavian interior room design"

The room is not soundproof and could hear some noise from the street below. Probably due to the lower floor I stayed. But other than that, all is good.

The AC was a bit troubling. It wouldn’t get cold fast or at least it wouldn’t make the whole room cold.

We had 2 hotel rooms. Location of the hotel is diagonally across from the bus and train stations. Very close to shops and restaurants. The size of the rooms and bathrooms were reasonable and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Next to Kyoto station. Underground access was right outside the hotel entrance. Plenty of food options close by. Large room. Good value Being adjacent to the station and bus terminal, it made visiting attractions very easy.

You can hear your next room near the entrance of your room. And at late night sometimes you can hear the crowded people noise from outside.

Great location, 1min to the train station and subaway station. This is a very large room in Kyoto very unexpected, I like large space but everything in Japan is usually small lol... The front desk person is very friendly, helped us mail the luggage to the next hotel.
