Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Amazing and kind staff! Clean amenities and rooms! Unfortunately I just stayed one night in Tokyo since we were heading to Hiroshima on the next day. But I’d definitely stay here again!

It’s very close to Kanda station, (5mins walk) which has Yamanote line, also has Chuo line which is very convenient too. There’s 2 other stations as well that’s only 5-7 mins walk. Kanda station is only 1 stop away from the Tokyo station. The room is quite compact and has everything we need. There’s laundry area as well. The best part is you can grab hot drink everyday for free, and it’s also very close to family mart and 7/11 (in front of train station) there’s a lot of places to eat too around the area.

Excellent location near convenient Kanda station, quick access to main tourist places. Very clean and nice rooms. Nice and quite neighbourhood. Would highly recommend it!

Great location to walk from Tokyo station. Also very close to about 60 ski shops for purchasing ski gear much cheaper than in Australia. Great little Japanese restaurant next door that also sells wine.

Need better pillows, but that has been my experience every where in Japan.
This property is in the heart of Tokyo, but is in a quiet area. 2 min walk to the train station. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Good value for money.

The room was even smaller than we expected. Toilet was so cold, even the toilet bowl seat has no warmer like the other hotels we have stayed at. Luckily we knew how to make use of the aircond at highest temperature to keep us warm

1. The bed was hard, the extra pillow was not fluffy it was like a bean bag. Could not sleep at all on the first night and we had to wake up early the next day. 2. The customer service is very bad, we had to leave the hotel on 13th Jan to check out at another hotel near Narita Airport as our flight is early on 14th Jan at 9am. On the 11th Jan, I went to the reception and asked them about the luggage delivery to our next hotel and that my flight was early on the 14th Jan. They said to bring it on the 12th Jan by 10am. I even asked for the price to go Narita. We had 3 luggages, and on the 12th Jan morning, another staff was very rude and was like where you going and I said Narita, and she said it takes 2 days. There was the other staff that was there on the 11th Jan when I have asked. And he was like is it 2 days? How can you not know it takes 2 days? They did not even say sorry and apologised or asked how can they help us? We just went to our room with our luggage… we had to booked a van because of that. We went from Kyoto to Tokyo and our luggage took 1 day. I don’t know who was right or wrong, but this is very disappointing of the staff at the reception. Do not recommend, very disappointing because I saw all the good reviews about it

Small room was more than adequate. Anyone who complains about room size should not be a miser. If you want a bigger room - PAY FOR IT! If you are from Singapore or Malaysia or Taiwan or Hong Kong and you want a bigger room - then spend more money. And some advice: take the Narita Express to Narita Airport instead of local trains. It’s more EXPENSIVE, but more comfortable! This hotel had great service and great amenities. I will go back. Very good water pressure in the shower.
