Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff was really professional and helpful. The daily towels and water bottles were more than welcomed. The hotel's location is really good. 5 minutes from Kanda station by walk, tons of small and nice restaurants near the hotel.

The room is too small.
No breakfast. The plus point is close proximity to the Kanda station; only 15 min walk to the East Garden of the Imperial Palace. Generally the neighbourhood is seedy looking. Next time, I’ll choose Shinjuku ward.

We booked it knowing it was small and conveniently located, but even travelling light, it was awkward to get things from our luggage. The size of the room also meant that our bags were very close to the bed. The mattress had stains and the bedding wasn't super clean. We noticed some bug bites after staying here that might have been bed bug bites. We were on the 10th floor. The amenities were sparse, just a bit of free coffee in the lobby - seemed more like a basic 2 star hotel than a 3 star.
Convenient location, close to the train line at Kanda Station and a 14 minute walk to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen to get to the next part of our trip. The room was quiet and felt private.

it’s superb clean and quiet. it takes 4 mins walk to Kanda station and less than 10mins to other lines too. there are lotsa food around this area. highly recommended.

They corridor carpet was stained and the entrance carpet also not clean. Didn't find it value for the room rate.

Wifi was slow at certain times of the day when on laptop, but it worked perfectly well on the phone. The laundry room is very dusty. The machines take coins (300-600 yen depending on volume and cycle) worked well but the load is much smaller than the ones I am used to.
Location: excellent, few minutes walking distance to Kanda station Room: extremely functional. Great soundproofing, can’t hear any noise outside of the hotel if the window is kept shut. Leaving the window open gets air in but you can hear the train and the occasional chatter of people. The top of the bed frame is a trough area to hold cups, chargers, any other small items. There are two power sockets at the top making it perfect for overnight device charging. There are also two sockets directly on the tabletop so it is very convenient for working. Mini fridge was not very cold but I did not need to use it at all. Air dehumidifier provided, room freshness spray also provided, basic toiletries are free for taking at the lobby. Some reviews mentioned shower curtains with odd smell, mine were very well maintained, clean with no stains and no smell Aircon: Temperature was fixed at 22 degrees and could not be adjusted during winter till early April when the weather got warmer to 15-20 degrees. I prefer my room colder than 22 for sleeping but it was still comfortable for me. Space: enough space to open 1 large luggage and 2 small luggages, with half the luggages leaning against the wall; I find that quite generous with a regular room in central location. There will be no space to walk but there isn’t much walking in the room unless you’re headed to the toilet. I placed a small luggage in the corner between the bed and the desk, and 1 small and large in the corridor. I can leave the large luggage open at all times and still open the room door and toilet door etc. Service: Staff were extremely helpful, most have basic English capabilities. Luggage can be kept with hotel reception after check out so you can enjoy your day out. Free machine hot drinks (coffee, chocolate) and ice cubes provided at the lobby.

The hotel room gets very hot and the air con doesn’t seem to work.
The location was fabulous - close to the station but far enough away from all the noise. there were free amenities downstairs and staff were lovely. It is small but all you need. Very quiet.
