Clean, conveniently located to station, shops restaurants, night life and very safe. Lift from street level handy for luggage. All rooms on the same level. Bed linen and doona very nice. Friendly staff.

From the name of the hotel it’s literally under-railway so there will be train passing every minute if you are sensitive to noise then this hotel is not for u although they provide earplugs to help you sleep at night. For us it didn’t bother us coz we were so tired by the time we get to the hotel so we had a good night sleep. The room is tiny for 5 people and the toilet is very small too.

The location is good maybe around 5mins to station. The staff are helpful and you can actually use their facility for you to eat and enjoy your meal that you bought from outside like Lawson/711 or family mart.

Obviously there is the sound or trains constantly. Some reviews I’d read before booking suggested these weren’t very loud but they are definitely quite loud in actuality and occasionally (depending on the size of train I suppose) you could feel the vibrations through your bed. Now, I still slept well! I’m the type that can sleep with intermittent repetitive noise. If you are not that type, do not stay here! You won’t enjoy yourself. The hotel is also more of a hostel I would argue. That again is not necessarily a bad thing, but it all feels a bit more casual than staying in a real hotel and some people might not enjoy that. The towels are very thin and threadbare, and the bedding wasn’t far off although everything was clean. Certainly not luxurious by any means but pleasant enough nonetheless.

The property was a two minute walk from Akihabara station so was really handy for getting around. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and helped when I sent the bags ahead under the wrong name, making sure we got them on time. It was very clean. The air conditioning was effective, the WiFi was good. The room was equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, safe and amenities were available in the hotel lobby which were great. Bar was affordable and open late.

That the room was not very clean upon arrival and the single cleaning instance was not enough for a 6 night stay.

The bathroom was like a camping van cabin, very small, but that’s downtown Tokyo in Akihabara, can’t have all.

The location is great, the train noise added something special and wasn’t really bothering us, a good noise reduction headphone is a good advice.

The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. It was fine for a short stay, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a bit more space.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to train station, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Getting around the city was incredibly easy and convenient. Even though the train tracks run literally above the hotel, the noise didn’t bother me at all, so it wasn’t an issue. One of the highlights was the café located within the hotel—it had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and made for a great spot to unwind with a coffee or snack.

The hotel is located directly under a railway bridge, making it unsuitable for light sleepers due to the constant noise from passing trains. Also the room is small for family of 4 with no moving space after keeping your luggage, no cupboard for hanging or placing clothes

Nice location near to 2 metro Stations Akihabara and Suehirocho, convenient to travel anywhere using public transport. The staff are very helpful

The only microwave available for use is in the lobby cafe area. The wifi in our room was nonexistent, but it worked in the cafe area.

The location of the hotel five minutes from both the JR and the Metro stations was incredibly convenient. The sound of the trains in the room was actually really soothing, as someone who comes from an area with lots of city noise already. The cafe was also very convenient and the food was good. Everything was very clean all the time. The staff was SO nice and helpful.

It was a nice space but the bathroom was a bit tight especially for taking a shower. I did like the QR code key idea and it was helpful for having a group of multiple people. The train sounds were better than expected and not too loud.

The rooms were small but had everything we needed for a short stay. I wouldnt stay here more then a couple nights. The train is loud as you would suspect as it runds over head but you get kind of used to it. If you are a bad sleeper or light sleeper youndont want to stay here. Having the cafe in the lobby was an excellent bonus. The food was decent and affordable and was a great option when we were too tired to venture out.they have beer, coffee and simple meals at affordable prices.

Location was probably best of our trip , room size was fantastic and staff friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family of five and the trains did not bother us at all ( could clearly hear them) we actually found them soothing. The fire station across the road woke us up more than the trains.

Amazing location! 5 minutes walk to two different subway stations, we never had to change trains more than once when getting around Tokyo. Room was more spacious than we expected. Trains were definitely noticeable but didn’t bother us when using the earplugs provided by the hotel. Light sleepers should probably stay somewhere else though.

It is very small however that’s expected for the area, just maybe keep that in mind if you intend to collect lots and lots of trinkets from your travels because our room got very cluttered very fast aha!!

It was very cosy and the staff were lovely and very helpful, the train noises were not at all an issue because we were exhausted after every day so we would crash out through them. It’s also conveniently placed right near the yamanote line which makes travelling through all of Tokyo’s popular tourist areas super easy!

Didn't effect me at all, though be mindful this place is right under a train line. I didn't mind it as I can sleep through almost anything.

Location and facilites were spot on. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! Perfect spot and at most a 2 min walk to Akihabara station and the main shopping street. A must stay for when I return next year.
