We checked into room 9 for three nights fully aware the hotel is right under the railway line. They even make you pay in advance and sign a waiver when you checkin so you can't back out last minute. Room was quite spacious but full of dust all over the artificial plant wall, No storage space for luggage, part of the ceiling falling down oh and trains that ran every 4 to 5 minutes through to very late. It was that bad at the back of the room we had to pause a conversation as the train noise was too loud. We left early the following morning and of course no refund for the unused nights. Oh and no room key just a piece of paper with a QR code on it.

Such a cool little modern hotel! Super cool rooms, and you can barely hear the trains above you. Tbh it helps me sleep more. We came in winter and it just had such a cold cool hip vibe too it. Staff are great and will hold your luggage on the day of checkout. Super cool spot.

Great hotel with quite spacious rooms for Japan. The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk from Akihabara station. It was very fun staying under the railway. We really enjoyed our time here.

They aren't super soundproof from the train but since they stop running at night I didn't find it to be a problem. Also the walkway to get to the room has beams that you will need to duck under if you are on the taller side, but they are protected with thick foam for safety as well.

Amazing location! With cute cafe in front! The rooms are comfy and well designed for the space, I really enjoyed being a 10 min walk from Akihabara and would definitely stay again. Everything was very new and cute.

Insulation with the next room is not good, so if you get noisy neighbours, they will get really annoying. Even the sound of the trains is not such an issue.

- For its price, I didn’t mind the noise of the train. I was able to sleep through it and even if you are a light sleeper, the hotel offers earplugs.

location wise to the Akihabara Station was excellent,very near to the station ,5-7 minutes to local laundry,shops are all around the area. we stayed for 13Days,and we can use the microwave at the cafe area which is useful if you stay on budget, can buy from the convenient store and reheat you food there.Very recommended hotel to stay,front desk are also very friendly and able to speak english well.Despite its underrailway but we have a good sleep,

Pleasantly surprised. For the price and the location, one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Tokyo area. Since trains stop going around midnight, noise was never an issue and did not bother me at all. If you are on a budget (like I was) or just want an overall good hotel experience, check this out!
