Nothing perfect stay.

If I could give this place 11 stars I would! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from major metro lines in a quiet area with the nicest staff who speak perfect English and made me feel so at home. The studio with kitchen is very spacious and having the washer dryer combo is so convenient. Also you can get amenities if you forget anything including coffee beans and a grinder for French press coffee and sparkling wine and snacks were included too! Close to local restaurants and convenience stores. I absolutely loved every minute and would not hesitate to go back.

We arrived at 10.00am and although we were aware of the 15.00 check in time, we were hoping for an early check in, as the guests from the previous night had already checked out when we arrived. However, we had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready. Having said that, it was spotlessly clean.

The staff was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Having a washing machine/dryer was also very handy.

Nothing really. Checkout at 11 rather than 12 would have been nice but no big deal.

The staff were amazing. Easily the nicest and most helpful group of people that I have ever encountered. Rooms big and well equipped and great views if you have a river view suite.

This was an unexpectedly large two-bedroom apartment with excellent self catering facilities, and overlooking the river. There was a generous supply of drinks each evening and the staff were particularly helpful

Spacious apartment for Tokyo standards. Separate bedrooms, good bathroom with laundry facilities, wifi works well. Just a couply of minutes by taxi from Tokyo’s main railway station from where you can travel all around the city and the country

Bathroom water heating instructions were all in Japanese - inadvertently had cold showers for a day. Wasn’t too bad but some basic English labels would have been appreciated.

I regret not requesting a room with a river view as I am assuming that has less traffic noise which was the only downside for us as our room looked onto the road.

The hotel amenities were all new and modern, some lovely touches with the welcome bottle of prosecco and coffee beans. The room was very spacious, big TV with Netflix, washer dryer and very comfortable beds. Lovely view of the river from the rooftop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bullet train station is about a 30 minute walk, the metro is a ten minute walk and the number 22 bus is round the corner. It is a ten minute walk to the CAT terminal for the airport bus. Not the most central of hotels but has various stations within a ten minute walk. I would stay again.

As others have mentioned there is quite a walk to the nearest metro station. But really if you are in half decent shape it’s not an issue. If you have young children or anyone with some physical limitations it might be a problem but there are always taxis.

The staff here are some of the kindest people I’ve ever known met. My wife unfortunately had an accident and was in hospital. These guys went above and beyond to help us. Thank you. The property is large, clean and well equipped. Why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Have to walk around 10 mins across a bridge to closest station. It may not be the best for people that constantly need to drop off / rest at the hotel (Assuming your activities are around Shibuya).

Wonderful staff that assisted us with all of our needs. The staff went above and beyond when our group got sick during our trip. They helped us find medicine, recommended us clinics, and helped us with translation.

It was all very good. Exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay in Tokyo.

The location was pretty good, with a great river view. Closest subway station was 800 metres, which was an accessible convenience. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Train stations were a significant walk to get to.

Room was outstanding. Super spacious and beautiful river view out of 5 windows. All amenities were as described. Amazing greeting and sign in from the reception staff on our arrival.
