The room layout was fantastic, 2 separate bedrooms which was hard to find in Tokyo. Fresh and modern and the staff were fabulous. Short 10min walk to the station.

We recently stayed at Ulu Tokyo Hotel and were extremely happy with our experience. The apartment was fantastic, with excellent amenities, and we loved the complimentary Prosecco and premium coffee. The cleaning service was top-notch, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. All the front desk employees were very helpful, but we want to give a special thank you to Mizuki. She was extraordinary in assisting us with everything we needed. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is a bit less convenient for tourists as the closest subway stations are a fairly long walk to reach. But a calm and pleasant atmosphere in the neighborhood!

Nothing, all perfect!

The place was very comfortable with three beds, 1 double and 2 individual, more than we expected. The kitchen very nice, everything spotless clean. Super big TV, sofa to relax and watch TV is you want. Little balcony around the flat where you could see a bit of the river and the neighborhood. Very nice view and opportunity to get fresh air and morning sun. Hotel staff was very nice and diligent. Excellent service.

This was not a single room, but rather a 1 bedroom apartment - it was fantastic. There is a full kitchen including stove, microwave and convection oven. You also get *freshly roasted coffee beans* in your room, with a hand grinder, a carafe, and gooseneck kettle - absolutely loved it. It also has a washer + dryer... IN YOUR ROOM! The staff are very friendly, and the view was absolutely amazing, looking over the river. All things considered this is an amazing place. Very highly recommended.

The room comfortably accommodated our family of four. It featured a spacious lounge area with a wide-screen TV and a cozy couch. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small dining table next to a window with river view. Both the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Washing machine cum dryer was straightforward to operate. The location was good, with three train stations accessible within a 10-15 minute walk. These stations connected to major tourist attractions. Additionally, the room offered an obstructed view of the river with beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and fluent in English. Overall, we were very pleased with our time there.

Tho if your family is the "hard core shopping type", I would recommend you to stay in the city. Cause the location is like 15mins walk from the metro, imagine if you are tired after all those shopping but still need to walk this far LOL (Therefore we took Taxi nearly everyday)

The department definitely looks better than the pictures on site. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are planning to have "a chill" journey with your family, everything was amazing and lovely.

A bit of a walk to the train station, but we knew this before we booked and it was fine.

Glad we booked this apartment to relax in our final night in Tokyo. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the location by the water and proximity to great coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the whole space (including the bathroom) was so roomy!

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The river view room is definitely worth the price. The views were stunning and the location of this hotel is excellent, it was really easy to get to other parts of Tokyo. The front desk staff are very well trained and speak great English! They were nice enough to receive our luggage, help us forward our bags to the airport, and even received a few packages for me that I ordered online to the hotel. Cleaning comes twice a week to tidy up the common areas and replenish the towels. They had really high-end equipment in the kitchen (fridge had an ice maker, toaster oven is an expensive brand, provided hand grinder and pour-over coffee equipment!).

The hot water was switched off on our arrival and the panel was in Japanese. A room guide in English would have been useful with instructions on how to use the panels for the water and washing machine would of been helpful.

Fantastic accomodation with everything we needed for our family’s six night stay - full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds, and great bathroom amenities. Several train stations are within a 15 minute walk away to take us to different parts of the city. Many restaurants are within 15 minutes walking distance too. Would highly recommend to others wanting to explore Tokyo.

Really no negative for us actually. But if you like to be at the center of hustle and bustle of Downtown Tokyo then this might not be for you.

We chose the river view family room with 4 beds. View is amazing and very relaxing while sipping morning coffee. Spacious for family. Bigger than most room in Tokyo area. Clean as well. Located in quiet area. A good place to wind down after spending the day in busy area around Tokyo. Generous amount of drinks/juice and snacks provided at no additional cost if compared to most hotels. They even have coffee beans, manual grinder, and pour over for coffee lovers out there. Very nice and helpful english speaking staffs. A female staff helped us on check in day when we arrived a bit late in the evening and by coincidence she was present again when we checked out and even took the time to saw us off to our transport/taxi. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but thank you for the hospitality!
