Convenient for Haneda airport access. Comfortable stay, good value.

We had connecting rooms and the kids room with the two single beds was substantially bigger than the parents room. Had extra pillows, an extra chair etc. wasn’t really a problem for one night, and the kids loved it.

Close to Tokyo tower, easy to get from nearby station to the airport (direct line)

The pictures seem to indicate complimentary drinks but we did not see any nor were we informed of any.

Its 5 mins to Oedo Line Daimon Station and 8 mins to Hamamatscho JR Station (which has direct connection Monorail to Haneda Airport) Business district with plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants. We booked Double which is a big bigger than most Tokyo small hotels.

Staff didn't speak too much English but did whatever they could to help, so this is by no means a criticism!

I had a perfect 3 night stay. The value-for-money was incredible, and there were so many useful touches that made the stay more pleasant. Rooms and common areas were spotless and importantly it's quiet both in the rooms and in the neighbourhood. Connections to Haneda and Narita were easy.

Really good location near the monorail to get directly to Haneda airport. We booked the hotel specifically for this reason for our last night in Tokyo so that it would be easy to get to the airport in the morning. It's a 5 minute walk to the station and although it's a quiet area there are some good places to eat nearby. The hotel itself was much nicer that I expected. We had a triple room for 3 adults, which is actually 2 interconnecting rooms and this worked really well as it was spacious (by Japanese standards, eg. we had room to open all our suitcases) and we had 2 bathrooms. We had a room on the 11th floor with great views at night including Tokyo Tower.

It was clean, located close enough to train stations for easy access into Shibuya and surrounds. Was perfect for us.

Room was hot and stuffy when we arrived as room had an individual air con which needs turning on when you arrive. It had been a reasonably warm day though.

Clean and tidy, suitable for our overnight layover. Close to the monorail. Lots of small extra amenities available from reception. Lots of power outlets. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Rooms are on a small side but it’s not unusual for hotels in Japan to.

Budget hotel conveniently located within short walking distance from both Daimon and Hamamasucho subway stations, which provide direct access to Narita and Haneda airports.

breakfast was good but limited choices and varieties. vegan, non-dairy, non-meat people may find it difficult to complete.

the location is great, very convenient to travel around and from/to Haneda Airport. not too busy area but many chain restaurants nearby. the room was clean and well-equipped, can grab extra facilities and accessories from lobby.

the breakfast doesnt have much options. the sausage and meatballs are sweet. it repeats every other day. superior twin room is good size. there are both soft and hard pillow provided in the room very convinent location very close to tokyo tower

Really well positioned. Short walk from Tokyo Tower and the Daimon and Hamamatsuchō station. Very clean. Staff super helpful and friendly.
