Amazing Charming Hotel.. the bed is so comfortable and the shower is amazinnggggg.. so well designed and has nice facilities like jaccouzi and water fountain.. location is a bit far from centre but it was ok like 15 min walk from the centre.. lovely staff..

We stayed for 6 nights and the hotel plus the room was really nice. The room was large, sound proofed and the shower was awesome. It is walking distance to subway line and many many hidden gems of eating places…just remember to go early or book in advance. What makes the hotel excellent is the staff members who really go out of their way to meet any needs. Thanks for a great stay 👍🏽

Great location, lovely staff, lovely space. Transferred our reservation forward two days free of charge after we got trapped in the UK due to Heathrow airport fire and risked missing our first two nights stay. Got upgraded on arrival too!

Great location, close to everything but far enough away to be in a quiet neighbourhood. No washing machine or vending machine however the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Beautiful, large, modern, clean rooms. Everything in the room was lovely. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Gor Japan the room was huge. Staff were very helpful. Not far from Nishiki Markets and lots of little restaurants close by. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very attentive and helpful, there was an issue with my booking which they fixed with no fuss, they even upgraded us to a better room for free. The shower is very spacious and nice. They bring the breakfast to your room every morning. It is in a quiet sidestreet but you can get to the main shopping area (including nikishi market) in 10-15 minutes and to the main attractions easily by public transport.

This was THE most accomodating and wonderful hotels we stayed at during our Japan. Beautiful rooms, spacious, daily room service. Complementary toiletries and water daily. The most amazing shower and jet bath. Easy walking distance to every! Could not recommend this place enough

Best hotel in Kyoto for the price

Fantastic stay, will certainly be returning. We arrived after booking a double room which was upgraded to a deluxe. The room was super spacious separate ensuite, great furniture and excellent service with a positive attitude.

Everything was great!

It was a perfect stay! The hotel is cosy and comfortable, it had everything that we needed. The bed was really comfy, I slept perfectly. The shower was also very good, and I loved the cosmetics provided. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is very good, just one short metro ride from Kyoto railway station. We didn’t try breakfast, but there was tea and coffee in the room. You can feel attention to every detail.

My only recommendation would be to alert your guests to the wonderful book/resource in the rooms. Ours was hidden in a drawer and we discovered it on the last day along with the coffee and tea availability in the room. We didn’t think to open all of the drawers.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful- we appreciated the service, location, cleanliness and immense comfort! The room was spacious with a beautiful aesthetic. The western breakfast was a supreme choice. The staff and service was superb.

The room was stunning and bigger than I imagined. The staff were all lovely and very attentive, even upgraded our room for no fee. The price for such a great hotel is seriously unmatched. Definitely recommend to anyone. The location is convenient, yet quiet, however is a 20-30 minute transit (walk, bus or train) to most places so may not be ideal for those who want to be right in the action.
