Noisy dogs would disturb some people. Shared kitchen was fine because the folk we shared with were nice but might not always be the case.

Anne the owner was super helpful. Picked us up from George F.L. Charles airport. Stopped at the supermarket so we could get food (there are no restaurants near her place). Took us to the ferry very early in the morning.

The house is situated atop a hill, offering scenic views and a serene environment. However, this location comes with a practical consideration for those planning a visit. Without a rented car, accessing the house can be quite challenging.

The owner of the guest house was not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive to the needs of her guests. Her demeanor was warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a home than a mere accommodation

- Place is far upon the hill and hard to find and not on walking distance from town.

- Hostess was very helpful with renting a car because every car on the island seemed not available. She did it for us and a good price! - Apartment was okay.

The hill climb is not easy for every vehicle. Parking can be cramped for turning around.

The view is fantastic - you can have an excellent view of the port and cruise ships.

The facilities were ok, but would need a bit of a revamp after slow Covid years. My room was at the back of the house with no view or air

- 40 min uphill walk - wrong address - unresponsive host - wrong address - far from everything - street dogs will attack you, so take taxi - owner's dogs kept in cage (which is super unethical) will bark at any noise 34/7 - cars will make noise - owner is loud and will make noise - my room was next to the loundry, so I'd be up at 7 o'clock every morning. NOISE again - no A/C

I didn’t like the fact that 1. the write up is misleading. the distance to the capital, basketball court etc is NOT a true representation 2. it is NOT easily accessible to the capital as purported 3. I don’t like the owner telling me to my face it is when as a visitor I just had the exercise of getting there 4. I don’t like her trying to charge my card multiple times for a “no show” when to start her write up is misleading and out of conscience should admit the truth and waive it based on her inconsistencies 5. I don’t like her environs, the 7 dogs when you know you are hosting visitors and their living quarters are not properly secured, and the aesthetics of her surroundings are an eyesore. Yes, the inside was clean and compact but that is not the only factor when a visitor is coming for a “holiday experience “ She needs to get real
