Great location and lovely apartment with balcony. Very modern and lots of sun. Great compact modern kitchen and bathroom. Parking was great since we had a car. Car ride was in a lift which was easy to navigate. Perfect place but only minor which was not fault of anyone, but the plane noise was constant so must be near a flight path but once we slept it was fine.

Loved the apartment! So close to the Christmas market and restaurants. The Parking instructions could have been a little clearer as we circled around a bit before we figured out the entrance and elevator situation but other than that it was great. We'd stay again!

Only having 1 towel each and having to pay for additional towels. Not having anyone in reception at the weekend.

The peace and quiet. The location. The spa facilities. Having lots of space. A well stocked kitchen. Having a balcony. A superb shower. It was a fantastic apartment. Highly attentive, polite and helpful customer service support before and during stay. Although nobody was on site at the weekend they were available very quickly via messaging/emails.

We checked in using the automated system but the reception was also manned and as our apartment was ready, we were given an early check in. The welcome on the reception was friendly and accommodating. A well-furnished, spacious apartment in a great location - a short walk to the centre and just a few minutes walk from the bus stop that brought us from the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well equipped it had everything that we needed. Everyone in our group thought that the beds and pillows were very comfortable (including the sofa bed) and we all had a great night's sleep and each room had great blackout curtains. The bathrooms were well appointed with very good showers. The apartment was very quiet. We were able to log in to Netflix. 10/10 all round.

Easy 8 min walk from train station and a nice short walk to main historical and shopping areas of Luxembourg Apartment was very comfortable - everything you needed is provided. Great bathroom and fabulous shower

We spent wonderful time in Luxembourg mostly because of our choise of this apartment. The location is between the Old and the City worked perfect for us. All points we wanted to visit are in walking distance: great restaurants, Grund neighborhood, supermarkets/shopping. Parking is available for extra charge, very convenient in this busy part of the city. Apartment is very spacious, clean with all necessary appliances. Big bathroom has wonderful Molton Brown toiletries and high quality towels. WiFi was fast. But the most important part of our experience was our host Gerome! We like this place so much and will be back!

I thought the security deposit was a bit excessive as was the loss of key card fine.

It seems needlessly complicated to have so many WIFI´s each with their own password. So each time I come, unless I am in the same room as last time, I need to enter a new password. Moreover, there is a different one in the gym.

Really early check-out which was at 10 am, and it`s really early. Despite the fact the breakfast is available it`s not understandable wja`s included in it. Sound isolation is not in the best quality so you can easily hear all around.

Size of the room was good. All the furniture and technic, as well as appartments in general were pretty renovated. Kitchen was fully eqiped with all you need and even more :-) Balcony is a big plus, as well the parking!

The shower in the en-suite was lovely altho slow to drain and needing to be really careful not to flood the bathroom. No glasses in the kitchen for water drinking, it isn’t right to drink water from mugs.

There’s no management after 5p so I had to check in on a keypad and then go through a series of elevators and garages to get to my unit. Confusing. There’s no air conditioning and in August the apartment was in the high 80’s when I got in. You can open windows etc but it takes awhile to cool down at night. I emailed the staff but didn’t get any replies. The gym is forgettable with mainly cardio equipment and a sauna. Towels sucked. The neighborhood is hit and miss, some people were injecting heroin on the street near the apartment on the way home one night. If you want an Airbnb type experience this is solid, if you want a hotel experience go elsewhere.

Good location about 10 mins from the old town, 10 ish to the train station and lots of shops around. Apartments are brand new and really pretty. Kitchen is complete and well stocked. Bed was comfy.
