There were water leaks all along the hall! The hallways looked cheap compared to the rest of the hotel. Also the evening food in the upstairs restaurant was poor quality especially the chicken given the prices charged

Ignored for more than 10 minutes at Reception - twice. No order in the queuing and everyone just pushes in front. Horrible

Was overcharged double price for breakfast and prices at Nikki Beach are a little absurd . I don’t mind to pay when it’s worth it but some things simply didn’t make sense . Renovations under way and started early in the morning with people walking around in front of the garden rooms and plenty of noise - not sure if I’d choose high season to do this work. Also wanted to make an appointment for the spa and couldn’t because it was already closed - would be great if concierge had access to a digital schedule instead . Nobu was fine but had to chase down the waiter to bring the bill and he forgot to ever bring my wine so I didn’t get any. My daughter was falling asleep by the time we were able to get out of there and it wasn’t that busy. Expect better. Was given discount on bill at check out for being overcharged (4 buffets rather than two) and having a dirty table at breakfast but that discount never reflected on my credit card statement unfortunately.

We enjoyed the views from the dining areas and the kids care facilities . Staff was very kind and genuine . Highly recommend the kids club- my daughter had an amazing time and they were very engaged with her ! If you want a little time to yourself this hotel can be a great option for parents traveling with kids .

The facilities are very tired, what was once a luxury hotel is now dated, rooms need urgent improvement. We had ongoing problems with shower blockages and air conditioning leaking noisily which we reported on 3 occasions. Our daughters room was also very noisy with contraction work being carried out very nearby, without warning or sympathy. The hotel was not full but complaints to management fell on deaf ears. We were made to feel like any issues were our problem and not the hotel managements. As a family we found it very uncomfortable to find a lot of what I can only call working girls, hanging around the hotel lobby and cafe/bar. Interesting to be subjected to the tuition of one such girl by her madam. Good job we are open minded!

The view to our room was horrendous with scaffolding and construction of buildings as our main view disrupting the view to the Mediterranean Sea (NOT as described on website)Not as described online- we were unaware of ongoing construction, noise from construction woke us up at 9 AM every day. Website should have noted and advised of the ongoing construction and work in the hotel. Not worth the price I paid for this stay.

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming!! Helpful and willing to accommodate ! Excellent location and pool area, and Nikki Beach rooftop bar were great!

The staff tried to put us in a room facing a construction site with no sea view even though we had a sea view reservation. When we asked for a room that matched the reservation, the agent was rude but accommodated. Then we got to the room and the decor did not match the pictures on booking. It had not been updated and was very dirty with carpet stains. It was way overpriced, and I feel like there was a bait and switch on the room. For the money, there was nowhere near the needed value. I would not recommend this hotel.

The first room I was offered was boiling hot when entering, TV not working, both bedside tables not working. Carpet almost worn through and some furniture missing pieces. I was then (after complaining) offered a ‘renovated room’. which was better but also no AC’d when entering. Just not up standard for the price level.

I paid a hefty premium for a “sea view room” . While I could see the sea in the long distance. what I got to see was view of a massive under construction building behind the hotel .

noise in room and by pool. Room- day 1 building materials moving around at 7.50am then drilling at 9.45am day 2 more drilling 9.30am day 3 no drilling as a Sunday I presume but our room wrongly rung for a taxi in error at 7.30am every day maid let self in without knocking while we we’re still sleeping (should have put sign on tbf) building work (new places going up) behind hotel pool area which was relentless. hotel can’t help this but maybe notify on website.

The pool access isn’t reserved for residents, if you leave it until late morning you might get a bed in the corner but otherwise you need to pay for a lounger so as a facility it isn’t really available at your leisure.

unfortunately the worst 5 star experience so far. Even in low star hotels, I never faced such an experience. There is a construction on our next door and they are drilling the wall with a power tools since 08 in the morning. yesterday morning also was like this. even after I called reception and complained about it, they said they can not stop and restart it on a later time. I recorded all the noise in the room but there is no chance to put it here in your system, as it only allows to load pictures.

We were not informed that we could not use the pool facilities unless we booked a bed via the Nikki Beach at a cost of €220 plus a purchase of a bottle of champagne Having this information prior this would have altered our choice of hotel We were also offered a room upgrade to a room with a balcony which we took up, but we were not informed of the fact there were Vast building works taking place and had we kept our original booking we would not be facing the building site directly from the view of our balcony. The extra €120 was not worth the upgrade.

Very old rooms at crazy prices, blood on the curtains, parts falling off the ceiling, shower blocked, room was dated from the 1960s; those old rooms should be at 50e a night, not 600e! The swimming pool beds were only for those buying expensive bottles even when the place was empty and told its run by a 3rd party team, then don't advertise it as part of the hotel. It was a shambles of an experience tbh, cannot recommend it until the refurb is done on ALL ROOMs.

Location and staff and the lobby were great. When we mentioned the state of the room we were moved to a more modern one for the last night there but the damage was done by then.

Pool area and staff, noise, dirty balcony with bird droppings and feathers, extra charges applied after stay with no use of fridge or damage at all. Check in was very lengthy. Nikki beach customers take preference. Pricing was ridiculous. €25 per cocktail is over the top even for Monaco.

A/C in room wouldn't work. The signage in the hotel corridors is practically non-existent and is very easy to get lost. If there was a fire there, I would expect many fatalities. Front desk service was only OK. Upstairs on the 7th floor pool area, the bar service was appalling. The standard of service is nowhere near what a 5 star hotel should offer.

Room was fine, modern and clean. Difficult to locate as room numbers are not sequential. Room was spacious, comforatble and clean. Breakfast on the 7th floor was excellent.

loud construction site so the pool area is not relaxing at all. Looks nice on photos but than when I found out the sun bess around the pool are 250 euros a day, thats just crazy. Also parking is the most expensive from all the hotels, 60 euros per day is just too much.

the rooms were a little dated (I understand they are renovating however) and our room did unfortunately smell of smoke however we didn’t want to move as we had a great view.

location and employees were great, also they went the extra as we were visiting relatives for my husbands birthday which was lovely.
