We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyIt was the worst hotel I have stayed in my life! The service is bad, the employees are indifferent, the reception does not help you. The hotel does not provide beach facilities to its customers, it asks for a reservation. When he wants to do it, he says full book. I would never recommend the incredibly old and smelly rooms.!

United KingdomVery old room in need of renovation, rusty taps, old feel. We were woken up at 3am, 3.30, 5, all the way to 7am when we have in! Loud noises, furniture being dragged, banging, shouting! did not sleep well at all. in the morning we told reception who said “did you stay in the room and have some sleep?” yes we had some sleep which her reply was as well what do you expect then, you sleep you pay!! absolutely gobsmacked at the lack of guest communication and the comfort of our stay! we booked with booking.com price said £548 includes breakfast we were charged £730 with no explanation as to why we had no other drinks/room bills. Pool was nice but you can’t sit around it unless paying for a bed, hotel guests are given beds in the corner away from the pool behind the bar, but there was none left at 9am! felt like we were in the way! so wouldn’t stay here again

United Statesa sting smell of sewer once you enter the lobby, I brought it up to reception people but they didn’t seem to care, or perhaps they got used to it. the smell was strong and not pleasant but only in lobby area. enjoyed dining at Nobu and my grown up kids were there almost every night.
location is superb, walking distance to Casino, Hotel De Paris, shops and restaurants, and Buddha Bar few steps away. loved the roof top pool, but thought the crew was a bit snooty and if you don’t keep ordering bottles then they want you out of there. if you not much of a drinker they want you out :( and we were staying in the hotel !!

United Kingdomvery dated hotel, survives on location, put in the wrong room despite booking for a higher rated one, room above were throwing lite cigarettes on to the shared Terrance that we were not supposed to have, should she been a private one, and told staff a couple of time but they did nothing.
