As per our booking, Rooms should be garden or swimming pool view but staff refused to give us that room. we found staff rude and unpleasant to us.

Excellent hotel. They location is near the train station and obviously within walking or bus of everything. Nice breakfast that is good for the price by Monaco standards. Would stay again.

the bedding layer- there was a net cover on our bed. it was sweaty and uncomfortable to sleep with. house keeping helped me by putting a normal sheet on. that was a lot better!

unfortunately, the windows of this room did not open. not even for a small crack of fresh air. for a 2 nights stay, this was not a big inconvenience. they separated the toilet in a room, apart from the shower and sink room. which is a nice and practical idea. it's just that the toilet room remained so small, that they could fit only a round toilet seat, not an oval, like usually happens. the sink has a futuristic design and i admired its look every time i saw it. unfortunately, the distance between the sink and the faucet was very small, that I always hit either the bottom of the sink or the faucet when washing hands. felt not hygienically to me. the mattresses were more on the softy side than medium. for 2 nights it was ok, but otherwise, i'd expect in a hotel medium mattresses, to fit us all... Sunday morning was very calm and pleasant. however, unfortunately, Monday morning, the traffic was quite loud. not cars, but motorcycles. EVERYWHERE in Monaco, you are close to a street. so traffic is expected. I just hoped for a better sound-proofing on the windows.

the staff is very operative: on arrival, in front, there was a large group of people wanted to be checked in. the receptionist did an amazing job, registering everyone very fast. it's like it was only one room instead of many rooms. the hotel is situated in the middle of Monaco, approximately. Therefore, everything is in easy reach. if you are a bus traveler, then jackpot, as it is very close to the bus stop. the room was very, very clean. spotless. the furniture is new and matches perfectly the pictures. you could set the exact room temperature you preferred, unlike in other hotels, where the room temperature is decided by a main computer for ALL the rooms all together. the cleaning personnel respected the "do not disturb" sign even at the time they would want to clean the room.

A very expensive room rate for the standard of the hotel but thats Monaco in summer.

Great room and facilities. I was there in the rush of August snd so it was very busy. Staff weren’t as helpful on checkin as I would have liked and for the money being spent.

Room service menu was very expensive and quite limited. We ordered a couple of coffee's from the bar by the pool and they were from an instant style, vending machine and were very overpriced. Parking available but disappointing you had to pay extra even though the hotel has it's own level in the car park. We didn't have breakfast as thought it was a bit too expensive but it's Monte Carlo so!!

Location is amazing. Short walk from port/casino. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and balcony had a nice view. Pool and surrounding area looked lovely.

The bathroom shower didn't drain the water fast enough and filled the shower floor tray to the top and could have flooded.

The breakfast was very good selection. The restaurant menu was very good.

It was a good location. There was on site parking for our car and valet parking too. Ok swimming pool and bar area. Although strict closing of the actual swimming pool at 1900 hrs!
