We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Love the location, close to the train station and everything that myself and my friend wanted to do in Monte Carlo. We have stayed here twice now because it’s great on cost, nice pool area and the rooms have everything you need. Couldn’t stay anywhere else whilst in Monaco.

GermanyThe Novotel Hotel it's so beautiful, clean, with extra comfort. The staff, people are so positive and helpful the are always there to help you and make your stay at Hotel perfect. For us was very important to have a good stay with children. On this point I want to mention that children are welcomed of any age and also have a small place fulled with books and toys where children can having fun. Also the location of Hotel is absolut perfect, everything you can reach in par minutes walking or with bus and the bus station is only 2min. away from Hotel Novotel. We are so happy that we have this Hotel choosen for our stay and for sure we will come again and again everytime in this Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Monaco/ I spent two nights in a Junior Suite which was enormous, very well appointed & comfortable. Also spotlessly clean. The balcony had a wonderful view of Monaco port.

United KingdomThe Restaurant staff did not know what they were doing. We would order meals they would come out different times on different tables. The food that we ordered. Most of it was raw. steak got sent back our fish got sent back after we finished our meal, the mashed potato came out so the restaurant was very very poor😖

For breakfast there was a good choice, along with quality, ranging from cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and pastries. We decided to book a flight from Monaco Helipad to Nice Airport and without the help from Felicia (at Reception), we wouldn't have done this. She was outstanding in helping us book the flight and liaised with the Helicopter company on the booking and flight time. The overall friendliness from all staff was great to see and appreciated on our stay. Complimentary wine and water was delivered to our room, a nice touch! Room was clean and overall a high standard. The hotel's position is only 10 minute walk to the main square and casinos. Would definitely return.

United KingdomThe assumptive-ness of the bar staff and tipping on a 14 euro round I wouldn’t expect a 6 euro tip - 1 more euro and it would have been a 50% tip. Just put abit of a dampener on it
