Everything was perfect

This is one of the best, if not the best, booking.com properties we have ever stayed at (we have stayed at approximately 90 properties). The location in Monaco was perfect and a tremendous value for the quality of the property and location. The host was the best host we have ever had regarding communicating and responding to messages. We were 4 staying for a couple of nights to run a race in the area. We could not have been happier with the price, quality, cleanliness, and assistance from the host. We forgot about luggage storage at the last minute and host was extremely helpful. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed. Close to the train station, you can walk everywhere from the apartment, and Nice Airport is a short train ride. It is a perfect location to see not only Monaco but all of France Riveria.

Its only relates to the location, since i was with older family members and no bus reaches the place the only alternative to avoid the steps and uphill walking was to get a taxi.

Great communication with the host (via messages), provided with detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and get the keys, etc. The place was very clean and well equipped with appliances for cooking, coffee machines, etc. It is located very near the main Monaco/Monte Carlo train station and within 20min walk from casino/port.

The place was very clean, quiet and cozy. there is a supermarket nearby so I could by something I needed. Manaco is not a big city so could walk to everywhere from this airb which was good. Thank you !

The only disadvantage is a dump on the street right next to the entrance into the building. It was smelly and partially spoiled the overall nice impression of the place. Most likely the host has no means to improve this situation, but nevertheless it's there.

The apartment is really cosy, the living room is big and bright, everything was operational and functional. The bed was clean and cozy, we had a well-deserved rest at nights after hours of exploring the serpentine streets of Monaco. The host was always there providing all necessary information and sorting out various issues. Location is okay. The tiny balcony with a table and two chairs sets the mood and asks to bring your petit dejeune outside. It's a decent place indeed, totally recommend it.

Lovely apartment in Monaco, with very spacious living area and very comfortable bed. Apartment had everything needed, including a small balcony, which was great. Laurent was very helpful in making sure we had all the info needed to get to the apartment. We parked at the railway station, which cost around 25 euros for 24 hours. Although it was close (around 10 minutes walk) it is up hill all the way (as is most of Monaco)! Lots of shops nearby too.

The apartment is clean and functional. The host gives very clear instruction regarding access. The location is convenient for everything, e.g, a small supermarket (Carryfour) is just 2 mins walk behind the building; Monaco train station is about 5 mins walk away.... In the meantime, the ambience is quiet in the evening, which is important for having good sleep without being disturbed by the busy traffic. The air-conditioning works really well in the hot summer without making any noise at night. The host kindly left the aircon on before we checked in, so the rooms were nice and cool. I'd love to stay here again if we come to Monoco again in the future.

Great location (tip: use the public parking elevators to descend down to the port and other locations). The appartement is tastefully decorated, specious for two people. Everything you need is there. Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance, which is convienent. Very detailled instructions for the check-in. Very friendly owner (even thought we only commucicated via textmessages). You can park a car in a parking garage nearby (€20 per 24h).

The bathroom is very small. . There is no rack for a suitcase. There is absolutely nowhere to put clothes except hangers.

The location of the apartment can be called good only if the exact address of the public elevator is known. Otherwise, you will have to climb hundreds of steps down and, even worse, up. The owner told us the address of the elevator at 11 Exotic Garden Boulevard, leading to the port, only at my urgent request. The apartment is good, but in order to be truly comfortable, it lacks little things - more hooks in the bathroom or a towel dryer. А chest of drawers would be very useful.
