AustraliaNo major complaints except the window handle was broken, in fact missing so the window couldn’t be opened for fresh air. One coffee machine pod per person per day is insufficient. No milk or creamer provided. Housekeeping could be more attentive to towels and face washers when servicing the room.
Fabulous spacious room and bathroom overlooking Port Hercules. Close to the Casino and everywhere, great location. The Hop on Hop off bus stop 1 was super close for getting around the principality. The bed and pillows were the best in my two months of travelling southern Europe, so comfortable. La Mome restaurant was French cuisine on another level. Best food and service ever.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more idyllic as it is right opposite the main marina with the million dollar yachts. Our room faced the harbour and we had a joyous time Googling the names of the big ones as to who owned them. The room was average in size, and comfortable with all the modern facilities you would expect. It's biggest bonus was its location also being a stone throw walk to the Casino and local restaurants. We loved our stay here and couldn't fault it.

The room was beautiful and big and had a gorgeous view, but for more than £500 a night, we expected maybe breakfast or some complimentary drinks. We were capped to only 2 tea bags for free, 2 coffee pods and one water. The mini bar prices were far too expensive.

United StatesThe Restaurant MOME does not take American Express credit cards. Server kept trying and told me my credit card was not good (embarrassing)! I finally looked at the menu and Amex is not accepted. No apology was given! Staff should be told what the acceptable forms of payment are before potentially embarrassing patrons (like me). Neighboring tables, unfortunately, witnessed my predicament.
