United StatesThe room given to me was on first floor and since the yachts are right across in marina if you keep the blinds open people can see into your room easily which makes it hard for any privacy.
Location of property was great as it is right across from the marina and easy to walk many places including the train station. The room was very clean and had a great bed and great bathroom with hot water. Room amenities were great overall . Staff was helpful and easy to deal with.

AustraliaThe staff across all areas of the hotel are delightful and welcoming. We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger room! Our room was beautiful it had a big bay window with comfortable chairs - the view was spectacular, day and night. the room had a sofa and a very comfortable King bed. The bathroom was beautiful with a huge spa bath, separate shower and Lanvin products. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served in the Mòme restaurant - the food and service is impeccable…and the views were awesome.

Switzerland- Breakfast: We had the breakfast on the last day and it was a disaster: - beside the fact that you did not have too many options, most of them were empty and we did not have empty plates either (we had to ask to the staff) and this was 1h before it was supposed to close - at some point a rude employee came to my table and asked me to sign a paper for taking the breakfast and than he rudly turned my key on the other side to double check my room number - I am pretty sure this is not common practice as I did not see him doing the same with any other table ( which is very discriminatory) and more importantly he looked like a person in charge around there not as a simple waiter- understanding why things were so bad - Very noisy - probably due to the fact that we were exactly under the restaurant and could hear music and party-like sound till midnight or after

Fantastic location smack on the Port Hercule, very central to everything. We loved the warm welcome, the availability of the staff and their kindness in answering all of our queries. Of course the lovely spacious suite was super pleasant to stay in after walking around Monaco's streets! Great restaurant upstairs as well, La Mome.
