Newly restored apartment. Fully equiped: refigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all types of utensils. Very comfortable. I went on a business trip and was out most of the day, but it was a nice apartment to come back to at night. There are numerous shops nearby and also a Carrefour. The heating is good. I was there in mid January and we had some cold days, but it was warm inside the apartment.

It was on high floor with 5 floors of narrow stairs, we didn't know it and had to climb with 2 low suitcases!

The host was very nice and helpful! It was very convenient to obtain the key, the instructions were clear. The location is fine, 15 minutes by walk from station of Monaco Monte Carlo. We had a nice stay in the apartment which is very clean and fully equipped!
