Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Old, ugly bathroom.
The motel we have stayed at for the 6th time. The family room has air conditioning. There is breakfast. There is a pizzeria nearby. Low price.

You have to walk to a restaurant in town for the frree breakfast. They give you a choice of eggs or salad.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They let us use the kitchen to warm up some of our leftovers.

The hotel is somehow old and a good renovation is needed. You may find something broken and not working (like a shower-door). There are no air conditioners in the rooms, though it was not a problem at all as it was rather chill in the mountains in early September. But I did not expect much, and still think it is a great option for what it costs.
The staff was exceptionally welcoming, polite and kind. The reception room, guest rooms and the hotel in the whole look nice and cosy. Everything was very clean, beds were pleasant, soft and comfortable. Wi-Fi was relatively fast and stable. The breakfast was good, far better than I expected.

it's an older property that is in dire need of a lot of room maintenance and updates. some things are broken or barely work, such as the shower doors. if you aren't picky, it's fine. no AC but the rooms were cool enough with the curtains blocking the sun.
really friendly and welcoming staff. one employee speaks perfect english and the rest are happy to communicate using translation apps. they went out of their way to make sure i had a wifi device in my room for good signal. good location on a quiet side street but just a few minutes walk from the center of town. large comfortable bed. very good prices. breakfast is at a different hotel on the other side of the town square but it's only a five minute walk and the breakfast is good. i would stay here again, mostly because of how wonderful the staff are.

The bathrooom is very outdated, the windows were filthy and bedroom window had a broken handle. And the toilet brush! Omg, buy new toilet brush,please!!

Hadn't realised we would have to walk to another hotel for breakfast (approx 5 mins away) - possibly because it was v quiet? It would have been better if there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room
The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet - felt like we were the only guests! It was a short 5-10 min from the town and restaurants (some were incredibly cheap). We had a taxi from the train station but walked back when we left (approx 1k). Had a lovely view of the river from our room

Coming for the first time by car, it was not easy to find the street, other than that it was OK
Located basically in the centre of Bijelo Polje, the room was comfortable and a very good breakfast is served at a walkable location nearby.

The hotel was good value and it provided a free parking space for the car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok (could be better, but ok). All in all, it's an ok place to spend the night.

There was a bit of an unpleasant, sewer-ish smell in our room and in most of the hotel, although it wasn't too bad. Our bathroom could've done with some renovation, also our shower cabin had no door, so we had to be extra careful that we didn't flood the bathroom.
We booked the hotel as a rest stop on our way to Serbia from Albania, and it was perfectly on the way, as it is situated right near the border. Reception was friendly and fairly uncomplicated. Our rooms were comfortable, as were the beds, although we only stayed for one night. Breakfast was not served at the hotel, but at a nearby restaurant approximately five minutes walking distance away, which we didn't mind at all, and it was plentiful and very tasty! Payment and check-out was also uncomplicated and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was good, but overall toilets need refurnishment.
