The photos were extremely inaccurate. The parking situation was street parking and we spend 30-45 minutes each night trying to park. The wifi did not work, and the hot water for showers was poor.

The location was great. Very easy access to the bus stop. Good price for what you get.

The host and the team were amazing, always there with a smile to help. The stay was good with mentioned amenities, the location was nice, with public transport, supermarkets, restaurants all near by in walking distance.

Starting from the service, terrible. We tried to explain the Internet was not working on day one and basically were told it was our problem, complained about drunkenly disorderly guests, and were told to get use to it, in 9 days we did not get a change of sheets or towels or a swipe of the floors. Just bad attitude and "smart" answers if we said something. The room, a studio apartment with no separation, had paper thin walls, and a well space with windows for the bathroom and the kitchen with a light on all night and no curtain for it, the well space would amplify every sound, even someone being sick after coming back drunk and ringing all the apartments to get someone to open the door in the middle of the night. The one white good provided, the fridge, was pre-war or something and so so noisy, basically on the side of the bed! THERE IS NO PARKING! I had an injury at the time of booking so we specifically booked the place to have parking on site as I was struggling to walk, and instead had to walk up the hill every single day as no parking is provided, it is a flat out lie, and if you ever been to Malta you know that parking is no easy feat. All in all horrible stay, barely slept in 9 days and got back home with a worse injury than when I left. And judging on the smart ass responses I saw to other negative feedback I am expecting the owner to just keep blaming it all to his customers instead of taking responsibility of their bad hospitality management, kind of perpetrating the already horrible customer service during the stay. Booking should not allow these scam artists on their platform.

I was with my friend and her child. We got upgrade for free and instead of getting one room we got two rooms and two bathrooms. People who owns the hotel are very friendly, explain you everything, they contact with you before your arrival so they can accomodate everything to your needs. The hotel is close to shops, busses, cruises and everything what you need. Highly recomen:)

Very dirty place (dirty sheets&towels with holes, blanket slimmer that towels, dirty fan which looks like never been cleaned), very old furniture and kitchen equipment. Poorly equipped kitchen (absence of knife, deep plates, bad pan with convex bottom) Owner/staff is not friendly and not ready to help you. Limited reception working hours - need to adjust own plans to ask for any support Impression that they do not invest enough for being good facility

- The photos are very misleading. It's my understanding that some rooms have been renovated and I believe these are the photos here on booking. We booked the apartment based on these photos and the apartment we got was nothing like shown. We had mismatched, old fashioned furniture and a poor shower, which didn't drain properly. The beds are uncomfortable. - AC is NOT included in the price! As two pale Brits, visiting Malta in August was hot enough. AC, for the price of the accommodation, should absolutely have been included. We were told to leave the fan on and balcony door open throughout the day and night. Two females are not going to do this, especially when the room faced the street and wasn't 'private'. - The apartment next door had furniture for their balcony, we did not. Rooms should be consistent. - There were no extractor fans for either the kitchen or bathroom. These would be helpful to alleviate some of the steam.

The location was good, quite centrally based within St. Paul's Bay with lots of bus stops close by in order to use the fab bus service. The apartment included a large fridge and freezer which was super handy. Clothes pegs were provided for the balcony, which was useful and appreciated. We were given two different maps and lots of information about Malta upon our arrival which was really helpful.

My family was placed in a room directly above a restaurant patio resulting in a noisy stay. When the advertisement says that you can "top up" your air conditioning they actually mean that you start with zero air conditioning and that you are welcome to pay extra for air conditioning. Check in took about 1/2 hour as there was no one at the front desk to let us in the door when we arrived. Laundry facilities are in the basement along with the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

The host answered questions and tried to help us out with our room.

The owner of the place was very helpful and kind, he reccomended places to see around malta which was very useful and we used the reccomendsitons. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything we needed was very close to the hotel. We had no problems with anything and would definitely come back😁
