United StatesI didn’t like how the rooms were so spaced out and you needed to call a car to get to the main restaurants and pool. The shower was cold and I wish there was a bathtub.
The property is beautiful and well kept. It was everything I imagined. The staff was friendly.

Conrad Tulum, was fantastic for my summer holiday! The hotel is gorgeous, and we didn't need to leave the property! The food is great, the staff was kind and accommodating, and we will be returning. The spa is incredible, and highly recommend.

United StatesWhat I didn’t like is once I booked this property from booking.com I knew what I should’ve been paying once I got there , but because it’s not an all inclusive the property is still going to get their money. They will charge you $200. 00 a night hold. So on top of paying the fee to stay they put a hold on my card for 800.00 for 4 nights. Basically they figure you’re going to spend your money on the property regardless. My card was on hold for 800.00
The property was spectacular and beautiful. Majority of the staff were professional and friendly. I would definitely go back but now I know to make sure I have cash on me instead my card.

We loved everything about Conrad Tulum. It is an elegant resort with incredibly friendly and attentive service. The meals were wonderful - we especially loved the big breakfasts at The Arborlea. It was such a relaxing week for my husband and I. Perfect!!
