It was not clear when booking it was a hostel, which was fine as we only stayed one night however we were near communal areas which was very loud. If you’re looking for a hostel it’s great 10/10 but if not looking for a hostel and planning to stay a few nights I wouldn’t give 10/10

Lovely and clean place to stay. It is ex-hostel and children are not allowed. The room was big and clean. Some parts of interior were a bit tired, but we could see that hotel is doing some refurb in some places, so it will improve. Otherwise, it was clean and great for one night.

Second night we stayed there was a hostel next door that played loud music until 3 am. Not the fault of the hotel but disturbing none the less

The toilet was in need of ventilation, as it started smelling after both of us showered

We just needed something quick to stay after our long flight to Cancun. The place exceeded our medium expectations. Spacious room, simple but nice interior. A lot of amenities (such as a kitchen, working space - which worked very well for me as I had to prepare for a quick interview). The bed was super comfortable and the staff always smiling and happy to help. We also had food at breakfast, and we both were very happy, especially with their lattes! The location was nice, quiet and had some really nice eating places nearby.

Was just a tiny bit noisy by the pool area as we were right next it. But it was okay.

I liked the decor and the places to sit and chill outside. It was so good value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was good as well :)

No big mirrors in the room, shower was all over the place, small bed. It can get noisy in the night due to sitting areas by rooms windows.

A very nice hotel, charming layout and communal areas, great location for downtown and bus station. Only drawback was that immediately outside our room was the inhouse tattoo parlor, which meant lights on and group gatherings at most times, which was not great for sleeping. we can still recommend the place and enjoyed our time.

Our room was right next to the pool, so felt a bit noisy and not very private.

Great location right near the ADO but just a few streets off the chaos and it was quiet and calm outside. A little confusing as it seemed combined as a hostel but for me that was a bonus bc there were lots of younger guest with a fun travel vibe.

While the room was clean overall, they didn’t change our bedsheets during our stay, and the original set was not the cleanest one (1 or 2 small stains quite visible).
