Not great for solo travellers because of noise from children’s playing and yelling in the pool. Glad they have a restaurant but the meals are mediocre.

No access to the patio off our room for some reason.

Hotel is in a great location -- walking distance to much of what we wanted to see and do in Guadalajara. The room itself was functional and fine -- we enjoyed staying there, the bed was comfy and the shower was warm. Also like that the staff helped me get my stuff back that I stupidly left in the room when we left. Oops!

This is really not something important at all but the only thing they can probably do a bit better is to have coffee at night. They were so so nice providing milk and sugar and you can get coffee (powdered) at the lobby - WHICH IS AMAZING - but my grandma can’t operate the coffee maker so I would have preferred to have a cup of coffee for her ready but this is just something they can change or consider!

Service is great! Staff is very young which help the energy and the dynamic of the place, they smile and try to do their best to explained their rates and process. I really had an amazing time here - needless to say they are really PET FRIENDLY my 6 months Maltipoo travel with us and she had the time of her life. Run everywhere, like every place and the green area - restaurant was great!

The room I had had very little water pressure, so showering was difficult. My room was by the parking area and not insulated, so one heard the cars come snd go and people talking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped with taxis and tours. The room was clean, bed large and enough wardrobe space. Best was that it was in walking distance to the centre of town. It was also nice to be able to leave the luggage with them.

They offered information on possible Tours. The tour bus picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The restaurant was opened on Christmas day and allowed guests to have breakfast and lunch. It's located within walking distance of a supermarket (6mins) and a pharmacy (3mins).

The restaurant was OK. It's good enough if you can't be bothered going out, but there is much better food around town.

Great find with great clean rooms. Best value around. The pool was good fun for the family and it's on the edge of all the tourist stuff, with the other part being more industrial. We had a group of 10 traveling with us and everyone loved the accommodation for value and location. Staff were good to.

The facility is old, so the noise from other guests is quite noticeable. On our second night the guests arrived late with loud noise past midnight and the third night we have to call the reception to inform the guest to keep quite after 11pm.

The location is not bad, not far from the main tourists place and is located in a relative residential place so from outside there is not much noisy. The room is cleaned everyday and the staffs are very gentile

The rooms were small. The outside of the hotel seemed unsafe with the neighborhood.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The printed some documents for me which I needed for my flight.
