Very friendly stuff and a great location, next time I would book a room with bathroom, I did not like to go the hallway at night to the bathroom. The bed was fine , the room was clean, and at night it was not noisy and I could sleep well.

Beds were very hard, the room was very noisy (the windows don't close all the way and are single pane, so all the street noise comes in. I was very glad I had ear plugs.

It's a budget tourist hotel.. Bathroom and room facilities are simple but functional.

Awesome location for Zocalo and Centro dining - both fancy and street. Staff always friendly and obliging. Get the real inner city living feel.

the room and especially the bathroom smelled like they were very recently painted, very unpleasant. the bed made noises every time i got on it. the bathroom floor got wet fully every time i showered and there was no way to avoid it. the restaurant of the hotel served low quality food, it's not worth it eating there unless you have no other option.

1. The staff at reception can do a better job when it comes to check-in. They were extremely confused with my booking as I booked two rooms and already paid for one. When my friend arrived before me to check in they had to contacted me first to ask who he was, although his name was on the booking as well. When I checked in, my friend again had to show ID although I was the one checking in and we were in separate rooms. Then they asked me how I'm going to pay for my room, although I already paid. I usually stay in this hotel, but if the reception staff continue the way they operate, I'll definitely not stay there again, which is a pity. 2. The internet in the room was not very good. Very unstable.

The location close to the main square is fantastic. I like the true Mexican feel the hotel has. The rooms are nice with high ceilings. The restaurant serves good Mexican food for a very reasonable price.

The windows are rather old, so you can hear the night life, but I guess someone that is looking for a quiet place does not stay in the centro historico.

The Dia De Muertos decorations were absolutely gorgeous, the staff was friendly and the hotel ok. Well located, great for walking, but also ok to get an Uber. We could leave our luggage after the check out as the flight was late - and it was not a problem.

The pillows were a bit too hard for me. The bed mattress was also firm, but I like it that way.

I love historical hotels, and this one was fabulous. It has an excellent location, in the Centro Historico of Mexico City. The staff were very friendly and spoke some English, which was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was good. When I arrived they were decorating in the lobby for the Day of the Dead celebration. The decorations were absolutely spectacular! I would definitely stay here again.

the noise from Night Club nerby

Everything was wonderful, very traditional and clean. nice employes the only thing was the noive from a night club nearby but nothing they can do about it. location was excellent near the centro Historico.
