There was high music for all 2 nights that we stayed in the evening. That was later than 2 am and I am sure 100 per cent of the time as happend both nightsI actually went downstairs in the reception saying about the music on the swimming pool and they replied that they could do nothing, I was not impressed with that and I ask to go and ask to lower the volume. They slightly lower the volume ( slightly ).We were looking for a place quiet in the night and that was not the case.

The breakfast was very good but not well assorted. They served fried egg but the bread is not included and you have to pay for it.

It was a little hotel well managed and close to the seaside. The staff was very friendly and efficient, Romina and Jose were really problem solving. The pool was relaxing either with a astonishing view over the city

Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. I observed that the plumbing fixtures, particularly the faucet, appeared to be in need of more thorough cleaning. The faucet had a gooey residue that detracted from the otherwise pristine appearance I anticipated.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food and coffee were enjoyable. Location was absolutely perfect for what i was looking for, which was to be away from the craziness of la Quinta avenida, and a short walk from the beach.

On Mondays the hotel residents take dance lessons in the rooftop close to the 4th floor till 1am, not letting you sleep or rest because of the noise.

The property is in a good location pretty close to the 5th Avenida, the room is nice, good beds, pillows, air conditioning, nice bathroom, good staff

Good location. You get passes for a beach club ( no fee for the beds but a 300 or 500 pesos minimum spend) and they provide you with towels downstairs. Good parking provided. Breakfast is very tasty. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and the other day we went to a really lovely breakfast place nearby. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small but for a good price they are fine

The breakfast is parcial included. Only one meal option is included and you HAVE to puy for drinks, like coffe or juice. So the breakfast is not included, is parcial and there any think saying about that.

There was no hairdryer in the room which is a small thing but makes your life so much easier. In addition, fresh juice was with extra charge for a breakfast. :(

The hotel was stylish, in nice quiet location but the main streets were easily accessible. The staff was very helpful!

This is a great location, but some small details are not well done. my room would sometimes have two new bottles of water a day, and then a couple days there was none. Also no replacement of used shampoo bottles. The room key did not work on arrival, move to a numerical key, but no one ever followed up and gave me a working key despite a long stay. So the place is drifting on details.

The bathroom is big but the shower is really small in comparison to the size. Vibration of the ac battery just behind the bed header... Hopefully that was just our bedroom (104)

Location is good, quiet and connected to the central 5th avenue in less than a block. The staff is well trained and useful. We had a problem of noise due to the poor location of the ac battery, but the next day they promptly gave us a solution.

The internet was TERRIBLE, we mentioned it to the staff a few times and it was never fixed. Pretty much we had no internet

Comfortable, spacious rooms. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. Gorgeous food and excellent location. I will be returning after my trip to cozumel.
