The facilites were a little bit old, the elevator was malfunctioning and the bathroom had a bad smell on the sewer. Also, there was a lot of nois at night

The property is very old and needs upgrade. The electric plugs were so old, furnitures old and common amenities like hair dryer or bathroom amenities were not there.

Located near US Consulate and the downtown, excellent places to eat at a walking distance, all amenities nearby, very very safe. Loved the place and the people. Also the staffs were really nice and kind.

The room is compact, and the furnishings are noticeably dated, presenting an opportunity to elevate the room's cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is close to the US Embassy, CAS and also close to to bars and restaurants

the hotel requires a lot of maintenance, our room had a lot of details in the lights and bathroom. Is too noisy you can hear everything from the other rooms and from the hall ( upstairs and side rooms

installation is old and there is not noise isolation, which make difficult to have a deep sleep (too much noise from outside the room). Cleaning is OK.

If the purpose of your trip is issuing a Visa at the consulate this is the perfect location, it is located just in between the ACS and the consulate, less than 5 minutes walking

The property is outdated. It is maintained clean but it has definitely seen better days. I noticed other newer hotels, perhaps smaller but also cheaper.

Costumer service was an 8.. no shampoo until we order and a lot's of long hair in the bathroom. We don't get the room that we order until next day.

The hotel needs some work ,the pool water was cold

The hotel was very dirt, hot water did not work, windows in hallway in room have gaps in them and made the room very loud, one sheet set between two beds, dirty sheets hair in one bed, air condition did not work and room was hot.

We didn't like that the AC wasn't working, we were sweating. The restroom was clean but very degraded. The room did not have a cloth iron and the iron they gave me did not work properly. The electrical contacts did not work to charge phones.. The phone was unplugged.

I likes the location of the hotel and the personal. Very nice and good treatment from workers.

The facility okay but the room was pretty bad in shape, broken sink and counter, dirt every where and even the hallway and elevator were dirt filled.

It is old, ill-mantained, and dirty. VERY DIRTY!!!!. I found a pubic hair in the toilet, found out it hadn't been cleaned after because of a brown stain on the WC seat (if you know what I mean). Hair and dust in all corners. Mold on the bathroom corners. The bathroom was a cave: small, dark, dimmed light. The carpets on the hallways clearly haven't been deep cleaned in months, maybe years! The doors are too small for the doorways and there's light and sound coming in from the hallway all the time.

Location was very good for my needs. My intention was to go to the US consulate. It is 2-4 blocks away so you can just walk there with no problem. Staff is also very nice and caring of your needs. They changed my room when mentioned the first one was dirty... any way second wasn't much better
