We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- Pick-up and drop-off from the ferry port or the airport - Even though the room was already sufficiently spacious, having a glass bathroom wall and being able to see through the room from the bathroom made the space feel even bigger - Having slippers and my a fridge provided in with the room, both of these things making the start that much more convenient

MalaysiaThe AC in the room I had was very noisy which disturbed my sleep. You are required to pay a cash deposit of RM50 during check in, which was unexpected.
The hotel has a good bar on the roof and dining room. The rooms are comfortable with good beds, ensuite bathroom, desk and bedside tables.

The receptionist was kind enough to let us do earlier check in as we arrived early in Labuan. Buffet breakfast was nice. Overall everything is good and price is affordable.
