Great place to stay in a quiet residential area within very convenient and well connected reac (10 min by tram to Amsterdam Centraal Station (away from hustle and bustle of Central Amsterdam nightlife). Micheal , the host was very helpful ,friendly and hospitable! A cafe and small groceries/deli shop right beside the tram stop which around corner from accommodation. Highly recommended! It's situated across from a furniture shop and you can sometimes hear them unloading in the morning but to be fair we did sleep with our windows wide open until like 11am.

The host was very welcoming, the location is amazing, around 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by tram. It's in a quiet area. Good value. It was clean and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you Michiel

It is pretty far from Airport, Train station, and Downton. The public transit commute is ok unless you are traveling early in the morning or late at night - then it sucks and you have to take a cab.

The space was in a family home but private. Bed and pillows were confy. The host has very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

It was a little chilly in the room in the morning. The double bed has a little dent, causing a little back pain. Everything else was fine.

The room comes with one double bed and two single beds on bunks, towels, a desk, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, silverware and plates, and tea and instant coffee. Made us feel at home. The bathroom is clean and spacious and private for use by guests. Hot water was strong and available at all times. The host got us a new hairdryer too. Big windows overlooking the river so the view was nice to wake up to. The neighbourhood is residential and looked rich. It was always quiet and safe. Tram runs till midnight to the neighbourhood and we believe there is a night bus, so accessibility is superb. Hosts were very helpful, responsive and friendly! Perfect for a group of travelers who want some private place to stay that is not too fancy and expensive while close to city centre.

Very friendly and positive hosts, recommended places in the city that are worth seeing, offered help if needed with a car or in any other way. Good location, about 5 minutes walk to tram 26 which takes you to the central station. The room and bathroom are clean, there is a small fridge, dishes, kettle, microwave oven, hair dryer, everything is in working order. Very good price for the place, I recommend. I assume that in summer, in good weather, the place is excellent, because it is on an island by the water. Thank You Michael and Faith.

The double bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. The bunk beds were better so for the three nights we stayed, each of us (3 people) had to spend a night in the uncomfortable bed.

I chose this place for the location, close to family. The tram line was close so travel into the downtown core was easy. The large windows opened onto a quiet street so we were able to leave them open at night for ventilation.
