The accommodation was a fair distance from the town which we needed to go to for food in the evening.

The guesthouse was was clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome. There was a place to leave the bikes under cover overnight.

The b& b is a most relaxing place to stay, with a lovely garden to sit or eat in. The breakfast is outstanding, plentiful, beautifully presented, delicious. We travelled to 20 different hotels and b& bs in the Netherlands, the breakfast here was easily the best, sets you up for the day. The b& b was in a great location for the start and end of our tour ( also handy for the Hoek of Holland) Air conditioning a bonus too!

No sound proofing of the rooms, it can be a bit noisy when other guests are present

The breakfast was excellent, beautifully presented and a wide choice of food. The dining areas, outside in the pretty garden or inside are very relaxing and pleasant. The owner Carla is very helpful and accommodating, she was happy to have our car parked with her whilst we did a cycle tour.

The host was very friendly - the airconditioned rooms were great. One small downside in one of the rooms the mattress was rather soft but I guess this might be personal preference.

Nothing really. It was meeting my expectations. Standard as expected. No negatives I'd say.

Quiet and tranquil place. For working professional who need rest and recharge before next challenging day it was perfect. Room was comfy, decent size and with AC. Private bathroom outside the room short walk through corridor. Breakfast which fill you up and keep ticking until lunch. Friendly owner happy to help if needed. If that wasn't business trip I would stay for a bit longer.

Overrated price for what you get.. the breakfast is good yet is not included in the price

Even though the service was ok, from the pictures, we were expecting to have our private terrace or balcony with views to the fields. But we just got a couple of chairs just in front of the road, yet with views to the fields unless when the parking is full, then the cars park just in front of the ground floor appartment, so you just get to see a car in front your window. They do have alternatively a common terrace shared with the property and the staff

We liked everything about this place. It was very well run by Carla who greeted us warmly upon our arrival and who was a very attentive host throughout our stay. Our room was first class and the jacuzzi bath was put to good use after a long day cycling.

Wonderful stay, the place is well decorated and quiet, the hostess is delightful, helps you with everything and makes you feel comfortable (thank you for the breakfast, it was perfect !) And on top of that... the jacuzzi :)

Location is awesome. House is In beetween the fields. Sunrise view is very good. Sheeps, horses, cows nearby. Host was very friendly. Room was super clean. All Basic kitchen items are there. Overall very good experience. Will surely visit again.
