We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blink. This was my first time going to a hotel where there is no front desk so at first I was a little concerned about how it would all work. As it turned out, it was very easy and convenient. The location was perfect and the breakfast downstairs was great! The room was immaculate, 10/10 recommend.

United StatesPillows were not good. Stairs to the room are super small. If your a big or have mobility issues it will be hard to get to the higher floors.
Nice room, bed was OK. Pillows were way to big and hard. Had to take the pillow case off and use the throw pillow.

NetherlandsThe check in process is interesting and completely online. Entering the hotel and your room happens with digital cards and you don't have to interact with anyone. Unfortunately our emailed instructions were delayed, but contacting staff via phone was easy and they were very helpful. Once we had the instructions it was all a breeze.

NetherlandsWe had the room with the cave. It was quite random and actually a little scary. Perhaps a light in there or an explanation about what it is would make it a little less scary. The lack of staff is quite annoying too.
The beds were nice, the room was spacious and very quiet. The location is very nice and close to the city centre.
