Where to even start. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. And that's including the amazing host from start to finish, going above and beyond with everything. I don't think you will find better host anywhere, and that's true and honest opinion. It felt like staying with an extended family. Accommodation looked great on pictures but even better feel in real. Spacious room, very clean, very comfy beds, towels and some toiletries provided. Great breakfast. Efteling park walking distance, or you can take a short bus ride, restaurants round the corner. Very quiet location with private seating area outside. I honestly couldn't recommend this B&B and the host enough. I am glad I made the decision of booking it. The best choice ever.

Our lovely dedicated host ensured we had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kaatsheuvel. The peaceful room was spotlessly clean with welcoming and cosy décor, great light and temperature control, access to a fridge and kitchen sink. The trampoline in the garden was a welcome surprise, greatly appreciated by the kids who hardly stopped bouncing. Our host provided a decadent feast of a breakfast, a real holiday treat, setting us up for the day ahead. We wished we were staying a few days longer.

Everything was top class. Ron was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was very colorful, fresh and tasty. I together with 2 little girls spent 2 nights here during our long weekend in Efteling and enjoyed it fully!

Amazing repeat stay. I don't think there is a better breakfast in any hotel - so much care and attention is made. The rooms are beautiful with very high quality furnishings. Ron, the host is helpful and charming.

Lack of space to place our things. Very small tables full of decoration items. We suggest either to remove some of the items or replace with more convenient furniture.

Property was clean, well stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. Owner went above and beyond at all stages leaving complimentary chocolates, and beer. Breakfast was fresh and served with a range of fruits, pastries, meets and cheeses. WiFi was good. Owner Ron was an awesome host.

Everything was absolutely perfect 👌

The whole area is very well maintained and clean. From the very beginning our host welcomed us in a very hospitable and friendly manner and this continued throughout our stay. The purpose of our visit was Efteling theme park it is 3 mins by car and 20 mins if you walk there is also a bus every 15 mins. Ron (the owner Ron kindly drove us there) which was very helpful as it was cold outside. It made a great impression on me and caused great gratitude as last year on inexperience we stayed in a hotel to which it was difficult to reach and only by taxi which by the way also not willingly came for us. And the atmosphere was completely different. Here everything is clean, beautiful and cosy with a lovely delicious breakfast we felt like we were staying with friends. Next time we stay here. Thank you, Ron.

Everything about this property is FANTASTIC! Looks even better when you visit it. Ron is also a great host. Honestly couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast was yummy, room was a comfortable and entire property was aesthetically pleasing. Walking distance from EFTELING or 3 mins drive - Perfect for families as Ron also gives the kids access to the beautiful garden. Wish we stayed longer to be honest. 11 Stars from me :)

It was within walking distance to Efteling. It was in a quiet suburban street. Spotlessly clean. Off street private parking was great. Our host, Ron, was very welcoming and gave us a lift. Outdoor seating as well. Breakfast was fantastic!

We had an excellent stay at DreamZzz Boutique B&B as a place to stay while we visited Efteling. Efteling is around 15/20 minute walk away. The rooms are large with nice decor, very clean and all to a very high spec. Breakfast is excellent, very tasty and well presented. I couldn't ask for a more accommodating host than Ron. Thank you

This is a phenomenal B&B. Ron, the owner and operator, is a true gentleman, and saw to it personally that we had a great stay. In addition to providing a beautiful and spotless place to stay and wonderful breakfasts, he added personal touches by ferrying us to and from Efteling and even created a birthday surprise at breakfast complete with balloons for my son’s 5th birthday while we were there. Highly recommend!
