United KingdomThe layout of the hotel and rooms meant that it was quite noisy when people walked or talked through the corridors. I was also surprised about the steepness of the stairs. It was a challenge to walk up and down the stairs with two suitcases - arguably I should have walked up and down twice.

DenmarkOn Booking.com it doesn’t say that if you book an economy room, you will be in another building. That was a disappointment as it was not as nice as the hotel itself. No photos show this other building so beware when you book. Having said that, the room was OK and the staff was all very friendly.

The hotel has very good public areas - i.e. the breakfast room and a sunny terrace with bar service. Staff member Isabel was fantastic - so helpful and helped us book a restaurant. We were travelling by bicycle and made use of the hotel's secure bike store, which was great. The hotel stairs are very steep and the steps very shallow. Anyone with mobility problems should definitely use the lift!
