Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Greece...the second day was Friday and the noise was way louder and lasted much longer. It was quite disturbing and after the club and people noise, early in the morning all the cleaning street workers were even more noisy. This made the second night very difficult to sleep. The room has no air conditioning services (there is a fan) so you have to have the windows open for a nice room temperature.
Very friendly and kind staff. The room was very nice and the position very central, near to all the main sight seeings and in a very live bar area zone with food shops and a supermarket. We've read the complaints about the noise and we were kinda worried/prepared but the first day (a Thursday) it all went well. There was noise from the outside at night but not something that would stop you from sleeping, if you were prepared. Then ti stopped relatively early. The second day though...

The staff was very nice. The aesthetic and style of the place is just amazing. All very clean and in the morning there was pretty good coffee with breakfast. And being in the city centre next to pubs and coffeeshops is just a big bonus.

Finlandnoisy, the kitchen is in an awkward place, not the safest area i would say - felt kinda not-safe in my room since female-only rooms were not offered. the toilets are really weird as theres no sink to wash your hands so not the most hygienic choice.

GermanyI stayed 3 night at hostel and first day the key of entrance door was broken. I don’t really understand the sensor in the wax and shower room, sometimes working but sometimes not.
The location is nice, not so far from the train station and has a lot restraints and bar near by, of course during the night is have loud sound.

New ZealandThe room was really warm and the windows didn't open, the mattress was also quite hard so not very comfortable. Wasn't too hard to get to sleep even with the bed.
The room and bathroom was really clean and the bedding looked freshly washed. There was free tea and coffee in the morning, although one morning had no milk and the other morning there was milk. I was able to store my bags for free after checkout to go visit the market. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

BulgariaNo curtains on the beds. You need to bring the covers from the bed to the downstairs. I waited if someone will arrive to tell me where to leave them, but I just remained waiting. Which was not written in the information list that they give when checking-in. The girl working there was indeed busy dealing with customers at the bar, but there was another guy who was hanging around there, and later showed up and got a little moody in his attitude. Well, I'm not going to wait for a while, holding covers not knowing what to do with them. I'm a guest after all. And turned out that covers need to be left on a kind of a bin on the street. This is something that I saw for the first time and I wasn't expecting it. It will be really better if the check-out process is improved.
Very good place, good and clean rooms, fine beds, bathroom is private for the room and is quite good to use, towels come included in the price. Good heating. Location is good, although that it is not next to major stations or the easiest to find places, but is still close to some important links and is in the center on a busy street. Friendly guy at the check-in. The price is good. I liked my stay and the place a lot. It can be chosen among hostels.
