Dirty rooms, the door was broken and the staff were not the most helpful people, the sheets were old and dirty, the mattresses were not even real mattresses, the noise at night was horrible, not even with earplugs you can sleep. If it was cheap... but it is an expensive hostel, and asking for clean stuff and a door that can be closed is not asking for too much.

The Hostel in over a bar, because of that it was incredible loud and nobody in our room could sleep before 4 am.

The lights and power plug didn't work so I was unable to charge my phone at my bed. There also seemed to be some miscommunication between the staff and the guests as to which bed they were assigned to, leading to rows in the middle of the night. The common toilet downstairs was fine but oddly enough the private toilet had a weird stench.

Located right in the center of all the sights, you can get most of the main attractions simply by walking. There's even a kitchen for you to prepare meals with a supermarket within walking distance.

I didn't know that the hostel was located in a partyzone with other bars and options for going out. The bar at the hostel plays loud music that you can hear clearly in the room (even with my earplugs on!) as well as the music from other cafes until 3AM. They organized a party until 3AM so impossible to get a good rest. I booked a room for girls only but a girl brought a boy at 5AM and they made loud noises in bed... Disgusting experience so I decided to leave the hostel earlier than planned and asked my money back to the hostel but they refused a refund. Too bad :-( my only tip: don't book if you need a good night sleep.

A comfortable and big bed with curtains for privacy. Clean ensuite bathroom. Nice design and branding. Clean and well-equipped kitchen.

The vibe of the neighborhood where this hostel is located is really nice. The hostel has a bar in the first floor so you can meet new people by having a drink there. Also, it has a full equipped kitchen; which was such a plus. Also, the bed was really confortable and the bathrooms quite clean.

I loved everything but maybe I will complain about the bed sheets.They seem very reused and some yellow.I don’t think they wash them or buy new ones.Despite that, the hostel is very clean.

No door for dorms, they re using our room as depot (they make a area with the bed sheet and put boxes), the toilet is sharing between 4 dorm room (eq. 40 person) and it's dirty, very dirty, the toilet is broken, u can't sit on it's compeletly broken and the dirties toilet i have seen a hotel/hostel/dorm, the hot water is not great, the toilet also so small, the light for beds is just bad, the beds shaking so much and if u re up, u can't sleep because of swing.Also the room is small, so small. Sooo dissapointing for 10 people dorm rooms.

I have not stayed at this hostel because of this situation I don't understand how you can leave me this message. This was my experience in this place. Very bad experience with Branko, the person who was the receptionist when I arrived at the hotel. I went to the hostel early and the first thing he did was to charge me without checking in. after he charged me he said the room was occupied, and threw me out on the street. I asked him if he could give me the receipt as I had paid the money for the reservation. He refused to give it, and what he did was to bring in two more guys from the street and threaten to kick me out of the hostel. I contacted booking to solve the problem and the booking lady was calling him at the reception and he did not want to answer the phone. I asked for a claim form to make a complaint to the manager and the girl at reception told me that they do not have claim forms. I leave you with this experience so that you can be careful when paying so that your money is not stolen. In my opinion Branko should not be in this job, I believe that there are other people with more skills who can perform better in this position. A person who greets customers drunk should not be in this position. this person was drunk and I understand that these are special dates but there is no excuse for mistreating a customer in this way. I hope that the accommodation or the manager will take action.

Everything is fine! However, I lost my jacket along with all my credit cards and debit cards! And I asked them to call the police but they seem to be on their side!

What is with the staff's attitude? Why did we get served in paper cups and asked to retrieve the coffee by myself but ppl who can speak their languages get to sit down properly in proper cups and have their drinks served to their tables? And you know what is even more amazing about this? I am paying the same amount as all of them, everyone else? Hey, if you are a racist, at least don't make it so entirely obvious? Isn't that the stupid thing to do? Furthermore, the lights in the rooms were not working as well. :D

Only one thing: Lighting in the room was really bad for reading, even if I still have very good eyes.
