amazing location, with beautiful paths and facilities to go around, public transport and proximity to the port to go to islands or to the city, lots of nature around, perfect place for a holiday in nature, calm and relaxing

Check-in is at 4pm. Fair enough. Upon arrival at 2pm I requested for the key if the unit was ready early as we were carrying some refrigerated items that I wanted to keep cold. This turned out to be impossible, yet now everybody had to come at the same time. Some minutes before 4pm there was a huge queue outside already. We finally got to the front of the queue around 40 minutes later. I'm sure there must be ways to improve this process.

Key was easy, it was on the box and we faced difficulties finding the reception hall! The address mentioned on the site, it doesn't take you directly to the Reception entry but nearby! We arrived after 7 pm and reception close at 5 pm ( which seems a bit early too) and fewer people were outside to ask for help! So it took a bit time for us to find the place

we were disappointed on the first evening to turn up at 7.30 pm for dinner and informed the kitchen was shut . we booked earlier for the next evening . it would be helpful on the information about the resort to give a coding time for ordering food . no alternatives close by as option as they all shut early too. the meal was lovely the following night

lovely location and so close to the lake . We hired bikes and the surrounding countryside is stunning . We went to Schiermonnikoog on the ferry for the day . the beaches are beautiful and we had a lovely day

All of our 5 beds had springs digging into our backs. There was mould on the curtains throughout the cabin. No towels at all supplied in the linen packs - which are literally plastic bags of sheets that you need to make up the beds yourself. The car park was about 50 meters away from the cabin, which was not fun in the rain with 3 kids. Curtains are basically non-existent to block out light so very hard to go to sleep and then you wake up so early. When we used the single toilet paper roll across the 3 nights between 5 people, instead of restocking we were told we had to buy more from their shop.

The playgrounds were great, just pools of water with the rain.

Everything was great. Nature , peace, swimming. Perfect for family and children. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perhaps, it would help if they provided porters for luggage, since the houses can be quite far from the reception desk. And it would be great if there were more vegetarian food options in the restaurant on site. All else is amazing!

Loved the staff!!! The frontline staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They are beyond excellent, so chivalrous, so kind. They are the reason we experienced the pristine, beautiful culture of the Netherlands, since they were always so warm and welcome! The location was excellent, it was better than the pictures. You can truly enjoy renting a bike and cycling around the entire village and explore expansive trails!

The location is amazing, the mobile home had everything you need. I think it would have been small for 6 people. Bring towels and kitchen towels
