Room service not 24hrs, Corner suite beautiful but curtains couldn't close fully due to pillar and wall mounted tv, air con was a bit loud.

I had a fantastic stay at nhow Amsterdam RAI. The hotel's modern design, spacious rooms, and stunning city views made for a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Its convenient location near public transport and the RAI convention center was a big plus. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had an activity in the RAI, the Hotel was on walking distance to the RAI. Clean, very good breakfast, friendly staff. It was a short, but nice stay.

I loved the rooms and the decoration, I also loved the interior of the hotel. We opted for the add on of breakfast in bed one morning and that was a great service and it was my husbands birthday when we were away and they left a cake and card in the room for him.

The way the shower is built made water spread all over the bathroom floor.... Although the pillow were fantastic, I was expecting more comfortable beds. I was assigned a twin room, one bed was truly not OK but luckily the other was. The market next to the reception is a fantastic concept although unfortunately, my Dutch pin pas was not accepted there (along at least 2 people before me) and reception didn't show much interest is solving the problem.

I arrived early but was allowed to check in immediately. Also, a personal request was accommodated as possible which was a big bonus. Room was very small but comfortable, with everything that I could need. The pillows were really great! The decor was quirky and fun, loved all the proverbs around, I had fun looking for new ones everywhere. But the star were the "aquarium" nightstands! While having lunch at the Moana bar (1st floor), I was working on my laptop. I'm very happy with both service and how secluded the higher table with power are. Food was also good and decent portion. Not so important but I loved the urban view from my room!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Very close to the Metro line, a nearby parking garage, and to Schipol airport - so very easily accessible both from the airport and the city center. Our room was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was also very quiet, despite the fact that the hotel is close to the highway and we were quite high up. The hotel has great design, a great restaurant, the staff is very friendly and helpful and our check-in and check-out was super smooth.
